We worked with Linda to buy a home inside-the-beltway(ITB) Raleigh. Linda is a true professional who we would work with again. We had originally cast a wide net looking in both Durham and Raleigh. Linda was flexible and accommodating in arranging showings whereever we wanted to look. When we made an offer in a multiple offer situation, Linda helped us read the seller agent responses and craft a winning offer. Searching for your very first home, in another state, and during a pandemic has its share of challenges, but Linda was there supporting us all along the way. Linda consistently provided us with excellent advice and guidance, being sure to steer us away from homes that were not worth it, while keeping her eyes open to options that really fit what we were looking for. Being from out of state with two young kids, Linda did a lot of the hard work for us, previewing numerous homes. We also appreciated her vast knowledge of the types of homes in the Cary/North Raleigh area, from a structural perspective as well as from a resale perspective. Moving to NC from TX we relied on Linda's extensive expertise of the entire Raleigh metro area. As she got to know us we were able to narrow down neighborhoods and eventually discovered we like the Apex/Cary area best. While we focused mainly on aesthetics she balanced our expectations with knowledge of siding, plumbing, crawlspaces and more. Loved her sense of humor and that she is not afraid to tell it like it is. We appreciated working with someone who was fun to be around during a stressful experience. Simply put, Linda is amazing - you will not find a better realtor. We've purchased 2 homes and sold 1 over the past couple of years and used Linda each time. She is extremely knowledgeable, knows what questions to ask, has an eye for detail, and is able to see the positives and negatives of a home that you might not think about. She helps you through the whole process from finding the right home to getting you through the closing. She always answered our questions in a timely manner. (I am pretty sure she never sleeps.) In short, Linda is awesome and someone who is definitely on your side and working for you. Buying in the Raleigh market in a particular price range is super competitive. Linda is a master of this and provides the right guidance to enable you to win when it is the right time to win. She's truly above and beyond inspecting everything in the house - even trudging through crawl spaces and climbing into attics. With the NC Due Diligence laws the buyer stands to put cash at risk to attempt to win and Linda does as much as possible to help you understand the possible risks and issues with a house before you make your decision. She's not at all pushy and when she knows a house is not right for you she finds the most appropriate way to nudge you along - kind of jedi mind trick sort of guidance. I recall after my first loss, Linda was the expert coach "you have to lose a few before you understand what it takes to win and you will know when you find the one you really want to win and what you will need to do". She was absolutely right and when the right one came I knew what I had to do. And I won the right one. In fact, I think Linda's good reputation in the real estate community was also a factor in my win. The other agent knew she'd be good to work with. She was 100% there for me throughout the full closing process too providing expert advice and recommending the right people for inspections, closing attorney, etc. If you are a buyer you can't go wrong with Linda as your agent. I've yet to use her as a selling agent but I can only imagine she is just as good in that respect.

Once I contacted Linda, I knew I was in good hands. All of my questions were answer the same day. She has patience and very knowledgeable. We found a house we wanted on the first day after meeting her. I always knew what was going on about our house that was being built. She made sure that the builder was doing everything correctly and that I was staying inform. After we closed on our home, she said if we need anything, we can always contact her.
