My husband and I went to Linda to help us find our first house. Everything went very smoothly. We had to find a house in less than a month and close. Linda was able to find us the perfect house at a great deal within our short time frame. She was always available and really listened to what we were looking for in our first house. She walked us through the whole process and we really felt informed. She was very flexible with our work schedules when it came time to view the houses. Even after closing on the house Linda has checked in with us several times to make sure everything was still going great. I would highly recommend Linda, and we will for sure be using her if we ever move again.

My husband and I traveled to Raleigh to make our initial visit checking out possible areas to live with a move coming up from Chicago. We had made arrangements with another realtor to show us the areas but our experience left us where we started, full of questions and confusion. We call her our North Star as she consistently guided us from learning about neighborhoods, schools, and amenities in the area to help with the process of buying a new home. She had a genuine interest in finding the perfect fit for our family and needs. I left Raleigh knowing I had her on our side to continue the search for a perfect place for us. When we returned ready to purchase, she did not disappoint. We feel so lucky to have Linda on our side and she truly was our guide in a very stressful time for our family with so many changes taking place. We spent two years looking at home after home with Linda, and after all that time we ended up with the best home we could have found. The home is in the neighborhood we really wanted to live in, too. The closing went well, and now we are just enjoying our new home. We hope to never move again, but if we do, we will be calling Linda.

Any time you move from one place to another, you face a few challenges. When we decided to move to this area after Hurricane Katrina, we faced quite a few challenges, the first being that we had exactly 48 hours to look at homes and make an offer on one! Linda had been emailing listings to us, keeping lines of communication open, searching for the perfect house and weeding out homes that didn't fit the bill for about three weeks before we could make it to Raleigh. Over the course of two days, she showed us enough houses and neighborhoods that we really felt well-acquainted with the area and comfortable choosing a permanent home. Linda was thorough, professional, friendly and patient. She obviously had done her homework on all of the homes she showed us. By the time we were ready to make an offer, it was quite late at night. Linda worked tirelessly with us and the seller's agent to reach a price that was agreeable to all parties. She then completed the necessary paperwork with all due speed, and we had a contract in hand by the time our flight took off the next morning. Linda's guidance and recommendations made the process so much easier than it could have been. Our experience with Linda was incredibly positive. She was calm under pressure, extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of her job, and took her professional responsibilities to us very seriously. She made what could have been a hectic, stress-filled couple of days actually feel more like guided tour of Raleigh! Before our official move-in, Linda called to make sure we had the numbers we'd need for city services, utilities, etc. After the moving trucks finally pulled away, she visited to see how we were settling in. I can honestly say I never expected the house shopping/buying experience in an unfamiliar city so far away from "home" to be so easy. We credit Linda for helping make our transition from LA to NC a smooth one! I assume you're reading this review because you are in the market for a house - or at least for a realtor. I can, without reservation, tell you that you're making the right decision in partnering with Linda Nuxoll. We love our house, our neighborhood and our neighbors. But if we ever wanted to move to another home in this area, we would call Linda again in a heartbeat!

Linda was our realtor when we purchased our new home in Raleigh, NC. Because we were making a long-distance move from Florida, we needed to work with someone whom we could trust. I did not have a lot of time to look for a house. Linda sent me emails and we narrowed the choices down. She was so good at knowing what I wanted that I bought the first house she showed me. She also smoothed the entire process. I do plan to use her again.
