Linda was our realtor when we purchased our new home in Raleigh, NC. Because we were making a long-distance move from Florida, we needed to work with someone whom we could trust. We knew absolutely nothing about the area and, literally, relied on Linda to help us with our decision making... from start to finish. My soon-to-be husband and I were looking at houses online. We fell in love with one that was listed as a short sale but we had no idea what a short sale was. In fact, we are hoping to sell my old townhome that is currently within 1-2 years and we would never consider using anyone but Linda to sell that house....and we'll use her again to buy when we upgrade to our next house!
