+ -1 moreI was pleased with this company I'd done some shopping and was happy they would pay shipping and their prices were slightly cheaper. The gentleman who I did my business with, Wink, was pleasant, but apparently doesn't like to return phone calls and I called 4 times to see how the order was coming along. I ordered an extra 5 feet of chain for our chandelier when I placed the order and when the order arrived and we got home, no chain. When I called, I was told the light would have to be rewired and the chain ordered, delaying installation further. Had Wink returned one of my phone calls, this could have been avoided. I'd do business with them again, but I'd talk very slowly and repeat myself often!
