Service was scheduled 24 hours after my phone call (not an emergency) to replace one bearing/axle that had failed. Teddy called 45 minutes before arriving. Teddy replaced all 24 bearings on two doors, adjusted rails, secured wall anchor and lubricated both motors. I was very pleased with Teddy's professionalism and efficiency.

Lighthouse Garage Door absolutely, unequivocally suck. One of the workmen became confrontational. I called them back 7 times to get to coorporate headquarters. I finally got his phone number, told him what was happening and he didn't give a rat's ass.

I CONSIDER THEM VERY DEPENDABLE BECAUSE THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY WERE ALSO VERY QUICK TO RESPOND. THE DOOR REALLY FITS WELL WITH MY GARAGE. I THOUGHT THEY DID REALLY GOOD WORK INSTALLING IT.
