Description of Work: After some scheduling issues, Leon Home Repair, Demas, was able to come to my house and remove/fix all the wood rot including the support beams, sub-floor, door jam, and siding. He did an amazing job and I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: They repaired a rotted door jam and reprinted it. Also they put a piece of siding back in place. We were very pleased with how it went. They called the morning they were coming to confirm the apt. They were punctual. I showed them where the rot problem was and asked if they could slide the siding piece back in place. They got right to work determined the supplies needed. Went and got them. And in a bit they were finished. They painted the trim and it wasn't dry so I couldn't try the locks. Later when we were able to check the locks one wouldn't catch. I sent an email and a phone message. They got right back to me and Chris Leon came on Friday afternoon and made the small adjustment needed. I would highly recommend this company!!! They were great to work with - they listened, and were professional, polite, punctual, and did a good job.

Description of Work: Replaced rotten wood around front window and fixed front rail. More wood rot than expected so had to do additional work. Did great work and had to get more materials. They worked hard and let me know what they had to do.

Description of Work: Purchased through deal of the day... All work on premises professionally done and thorough/fair. I have more work that needs to be done and I communicated this to the workers who said that someone from Leon Home Repairs would do a quote. No one to date has contacted me so for this I knocked their overall rating down to a B.

Description of Work: The work started from a Daily Deal that ultimately didn't fit my need. Chris and his crew were polite, and appear to have done a professional job. The work was performed on dormer windows, so it is hard to tell how well it was done at this point, but it looks better than it did before the work was done.

Description of Work: I had crown moulding installed in my dining and living room. They arrived on time, were very professional, and did excellent work. Edison was careful to explain each step of the job and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I was amazed by how clean they left their work space in the yard! You could not even tell they had been there and there was quite a bit to clean up. I was extremely impressed and will use them again.

Description of Work: Replacement of rotted window trim - workers were polite and professional - they did a good job and left the site clean - bought the Angie's list special for wood rot repair. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: Repaired fascia under my gutters that needs replacing. Section was high up and above my deck and required pulling down the gutter. Moved our deck furniture gently to avoid it getting damaged. Did high quality work (can't even tell the section was damaged in the first place) and replaced the gutter without issue. Also put back all deck furniture exactly how it was before. Felt a bit more expensive than I was expecting but quality of work felt worth it. Would rather spend a few dollars more and be happy/comfortable with the work than get the cheapest deal. |
