Description of Work: I had a lot of odd jobs for the handyman. He removed paint spills from house that someone else had left. Nail pops from ceiling. Replace dryer panel cover outside of house. Calked window where rain was coming in during heavy storms. Replaced light bulb in attic. Everything was done well and finished before time ran out. I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Refrigerator repair. Came the same day I called to check out problem. Found problem and ordered part immediately. Put in part the following morning!

Description of Work: I purchased the "handyman for a day" They replaced my demolished mailbox and installed new light fixtures/smoke alarms/thermostat - the work was done very fast and I could tell he knew what he was doing and was very happy with the service - I have tried 2 or 3 other handymen businesses since becoming a home owner and this is only one I would use again.

Description of Work: Chris and his team finished a spare room over one of my garages as well as a loft for storage. I live in a high end custom home with custom hardwoods, trim and finish. I struggled finding anyone who would do the job let alone at a good price with the quality finishes I needed. Leon home repairs did a fantastic job and we could not be any happier. They were on time, on budget and curteous and professional every step of the way. We could not be any happier with the work and would highly recommend them for any work you may need.

Description of Work: They were a general repair company- we used them to replace some bulbs, general cleanup, and do a hardwood floor repair. They were great to work with, I just think we should've used a flooring specialist to do the floors. The other work was done well, and they were polite and cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: I purchased one of Leon Home Repairs deals to fix some wood rot around my gutters and soffits. It turned out that the amount of wood rot was more than anticipated. However, they were very punctual and did a nice job repairing the wood rot.

Description of Work: Mainly replacing a lot of rotten wood outside - on chimney, replace gutter that had fallen off, scrape and paint mailbox pole, replace mailbox, painted front door, replaced screen door on porch etc.

Description of Work: Fixed stability of washing machine, rehung towel bar, replaced ceiling can lights with new ones I had ready. Did not fix room light because I didn't have the correct bulb. I was not aware this deal was labor only. If I had, I would have had all materials ready. This is not a bargain. Most handymen /contractors charge $35 per hour. $120 for two hours, with no materials, is. Too much.

Description of Work: Very pleased with the work that was done by Carlos of Leon's Home Repairs. He patched a whole in our ceiling, painted, and installed plywood flooring in our attic. It was a very hot August day, and working in an attic is not fun! Carlos was great, and we will definitely use Leon's Home Repairs in the future.
