Description of Work: Bathroom remodel with all new shower tile. Basically went fine and workers were polite and diligent. As often the case. Leon (or main contact for the job) not too responsive.I would give overall grade of A- or B+.

Description of Work: Roof Repair. Pricing was a bit awkward, he did not understand the concept of the discounted work too well. Friendly enough, but i would look elsewhere for his work. he is clearly limousine subcontracting and not a professional company.

Description of Work: Chris and his associates were very nice guys, pleasure to work with them! The quality of work was very good, only a few finishing details could have been better. They partially finished our bonus room, adding a window, a wall enclosure and door at top of built in stairs, and installed sound proofing in floor, adding new ply sub floor. There was some confusion on materials and pricing, as our original estimate was total of about $3600, but the job ended up costing $4600. Would recommend they sharpen up estimating skills for such jobs, but they provided receipts for all materials, explained differences, and communicated. Otherwise, great job, and would surely use them again!
