It worked out fine. In fact, I am having the man who came out come back to do some more work on the 24th of this month. In doing the service, we found that there was more dry rot than I thought so he is going to come back to repair that and then paint my house. He was very friendly and easy to talk with. He seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing. The only reason that he is coming back is the work that needs to be done is more than what was covered by the big deal that I made through Angie's List and I was going away on vacation so that I did not have the time for him to do additional work. My interaction with him was fine and there were no problems. The $149 big deal was for his labor but for him to do the work, he also had to go out and get some supplies so I paid him an additional $119.73 for that.

They were on time and did very good work.

They worked hard and did a very good job. They were very kind and professional. However, there were problems with some lights that they installed outside. They were not working properly and I called them again to fix those and to do some other work, but this time, their price was too high.

Worked diligently for allotted time. (there was somewhat of a communication problem, since the workers spoke Spanish)

They replaced/repaired wood rot around our back door; been a year and a half since it was done, and it looks great!

Chris was very professional and very nice. He gave us an estimate for labor when he came out to the house to look at the damage and get the number off the siding for the color. He then found the exact siding match, gave us the estimate for that and said he could come and install it that day since the weather was nice. A very good experience and we will be calling him to come and power wash our home after the pollen season is over. It's so good to find a good contractor!!

The two showed up on time and ready to work, After surveying the work to be completed, one went to pick up supplies while the other began removing the damaged wood. It was FREEZING outside, but both men worked away and finished the job within the time limit (2.5 hours) of my coupon. They cleaned up well and were very courteous. The results were terrific - I am very satisfied with the work. I will definitely use Leon's Repair Service for other wood repairs in the future.

Once our day arrived for the service they did show up on time.||I wish Chris had told me I would need to give a deposit for materials up front not on the first day of the job. Also had to ask for list of materials and pricing after the invoice was received. Not a show stopper but advice for his future business.||The workers Arturo and Luis were very skilled and pleasant to deal with, very pleased with their work. I was overall very happy with the job. The guys were on time each day and cleaned up everything before leaving each day.||I would use them again based on the quality of the their work.||

Excellent service. Chris Leon was in touch with me via Angies List messaging service from the time I purchased the coupon. We scheduled the service for mid January. My plans changed and he was very accommodating in rescheduling for later in the month. He followed up with me via phone to confirm the day and time. On the appointed day, a crew of two arrived on time -- early in fact. They assessed the job and one began demolition while the other went to purchase necessary supplies. They were extremely polite and professional. The whole job took about an hour longer than the deal coupon covered. But the price was very reasonable and the result fantastic. Before they left I asked for an estimate on another job -- fence repair -- I need completed. I expect to see them again.

Very professional crew; on-time; quick workers. Job went very well very pleased with new floor and popcorn ceiling repair. Vinyl floor covering replacement involved moving stove, refrigerator and dishwasher; putting down new floor covering and putting appliances back in place. Crew ensured appliances worked normally prior to job completion.

It was an excellent experience. It was great and awesome. They were on time and they did the work. They did an excellent work.

First of all, I couldn't be more impressed. I remodel my bathrooms right now. Unfortunately the company which will install my tiles would not remove vinyl (didn't know this before). The appointment was scheduled in a very short time, meaning I was forced to find someone who can jump in on a short time notice to remove my vinyl and my bathroom vanity. Fortunately Leon Home Repairs were able to manage this issue. I was very happy how fast Chris responded, managed all this within 1-2 days knowing everyone is booked already. They did an awesome job, fast, clean and very friendly. I'm very happy. And will use Leon Home Repairs in the future, they are definitely the first I will contact if I have a problem again. And I will, as a homeowner they are always issues. I actually looking forward to get my new bathroom vanities installed by Leon Home Repairs. It will look beautiful! Excellent job overall!!!!

I selected this Angies big deal due to prior reviews. After having to reschedule 3 times due to bad weather, my work was performed today. They guys arrived on time and were very professional. My job was unique and they figured out a way to repair the wood around custom bay windows. thank you

After contracting for the services with Angie's List (October?) I received an email saying that the service couldn't be provided until late January, 2014. I contacted the contractor and said I couldn't wait that long. Have never received a response from them.

Finished on schedule, courteous and low key. I plan to have additional work done in the future.

Edison and Walter came to my house at 8:30 sharp. Were courteous and professional. Explained exactly what they would be doing. I had some old termite damage repaired and a post replaced on my outside stairway. Both jobs required painting. The job took about two hours. I would use this company again definitely.

Wonderful experience !!! Due to health issues, had to reschedule a couple of times. Mr Leon, graciously, worked with me. this morning to be sure we were still on. Called him this morning to be sure we were still on. He returned my call quickly, said his men would be here by 130P. They were here by 115P!

They arrived promptly, explained the process and proceeded to work. They provided their own materials and provided quick and professional look to the finished product. They also painted entire frame and some of the nearby windows to match. Great job, will be bringing them back for bigger jobs in the future.

The experience was very good. The workers arrived promptly, assessed the fixes required, purchased the materials needed, and worked diligently for 2.5 hours to repair my chimney. They also cleaned the area after the repair. I would definitely use Leon Home Repair again (in fact, asked for an estimate on another project before they left).

The project went very well. The entire job took about 5 1/2 to 6 days. The crew was punctual, professional and very hard working. Cleaned up the area after each day's work. As with most projects of this type, additional repairs were necessary and I was provided up updated quote for the additional work. I certainly appreciated the attention to detail. We had one day of bad weather when it was not possible to work outside and Chris let me know that the crew would not be working on that day. This was very professional and I appreciated the consideration. Chris Leon and his crew provides very good service and high quality work and I intend to use them for future home repair and improvement projects. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. They showed up on time, got right to work, and did an excellent job. The old door has been leaking, so some of the subflooring below was rotten. They showed me the damage and explained what they recommended to fix it. I was very pleased with their work and will definitely consider them again for various home improvement projects.
