Excellent! We were very please with the quality of work provided. It was great to have one person to work with. Any concern that we had was addresses immediately. Any change to the original "plan" was accepted. He allowed us to use our own plumber. He also was OK with us doing our own electrical work. We will definitely call on Chris to help out with other home renovations. He was flexible and provided excellent service at a very reasonable price.

Absolutely great! Their team is amazing--top notch integrity--they gave us a very accurate bid (and great prices!), then stuck to the bid, the timeline, and finishing everything agreed upon to top quality. They were always kind and polite and easy to have around our home throughout the project. We've become nice friends and I would definitely ask them again to do any work we need done in the future.

Chris and Dimas did an excellent job. They worked hard to complete both bathrooms on time. They are dedicated, honest workers who are proud of their work (before and after pictures included). The complete renovation of two bathrooms involves a lot of work and a potential for some issues but there were only two minor ones that were resolved immediately. I would use Chris and his team again without any hesitation:) They are also very kind and ethical individuals! Thank you Leon Home Repairs!!!

He came and I gave him the works I wanted done and he should send me an estimate and call me back but until now there is no response from company. I was really looking forward on working with them because of the positive reviews but it didn't work out.

Everything we needed done on the list was taken care of. The outcome was remarkable and looked amazing. The service provider did a great job, he was professional and courteous and checked in with us throughout the day to ensure the work being done was to our satisfaction and to ensure what he was doing would be what was agreed upon. You can tell that they value communication and doing things the right way rather than rushing a job for a quick buck.

Leon Home Repairs did an excellent job in rebuilding my kitchen cabinets and replacing the carpet and baseboards in my dining room. I had a water leak in my kitchen that damaged the cabinets and the water leaked into my dining room as well. Leon Home Repairs was able to restore my kitchen and dining room as if nothing ever happened; they are professional and reasonably priced. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs restoration services after water damage.

Arrived on time, very courteous, ensured everything was beyond satisfaction. Ensured all the little details around the job were also perfect. Went above and beyond. Very happy and will use again. Even though this was a small job I was treated like it was a big job - nice refreshing experience!

We had Chris Leon and his team renovate a small bathroom in our Durham home and we were absolutely thrilled with everything--their work AND their work ethic! The cost of their services was excellent--much less than the other bathroom we had renovated with another group six months earlier that had been nothing but headaches and disasters and delays. How we wish we had found Chris earlier!! They stuck to the budget completely, they were always on time and came exactly when they said they would, they started and worked straight through to completion (which is rare!), and they finished in less time than they had planned for. And the quality of their work is OUTSTANDING. We plan to use them in the spring for a kitchen renovation, too. I can recommend them without reservation!

We had an appointment Oct. 11th, they called last minute to re-schedule until Oct. 16th, when they showed up they gave a very high bid for minor repair items, it seemed obvious they had more business than they could handle and weren't really looking for work. Would have been far more professional simply to have said so and skipped the estimate

The carpenters added eight shelves and removed the old clothes rods. First, the crew placed protective cover on our hardwood floors from the entryway to the closet. Since the weather was rainy, the crew needed to cut wood in my garage and they completely covered the items in the garage to prevent dust and wood shavings from blowing on the items. The carpenters were extremely professional and their work was impressive. The only recommendation that I would make is to ensure that the wood seams are completely caulked on the undersides of the shelves as well. The walls, ceiling and shelves were painted and the final product is truly stunning. Everyone who has seen the book room gave it glowing compliments.

The guys showed up early and worked late. They were professional and respectful all day long. They did a great job and did everything that was asked of them. I would definitely hire them again!

Project went well. Porch railings were solidly built (better than original) and deck was nicely cleaned up/restored and stained.

Damis was great. He was punctual professional. I was so happy with the end results. I have other projects to get done and will ask for Damis when I'm ready to start them.

The company deserves the highest rating that I could give because of the effectiveness of the work performed. From the first site visit to the last day of service, Chris, the company president, was a consummate businessman. I was extremely pleased with the care that the crews took to protect my home by laying plastic and floor covering throughout the process. Each step in the process of framing, adding insulation and electrical outlets, priming and painting was performed very professionally. The technicians completed the work with the highest standards of craftsmanship. Their demeanor was pleasant and cheerful even though the working conditions were harsh because of the heat in the attic. I wanted to give them some air conditioning but couldn't until the end of the project. Crews arrived when they were scheduled and they worked until their jobs were finished. Their timeliness allowed me to stay on task with my duties at home and I was not inconvenienced. The work was inspected by local officials and the quality worked passed with ease.

We needed to replace our kitchen floor which was tile and cracking and remove some old ceiling tiles which were sagging in 3 different rooms. Leon Home Repairs replaced our kitchen floor with hardwood flooring that looks amazing and matches the rest of the house. They also remove our outdated ceiling tile and replaced it with a more modern look - flat and painted, even replacing our crown molding. We were expecting to pay much more, but the estimate was extremely reasonable for both projects. Kitchen: tile removed and replaced with hardwood floors Bedrooms (3): ceiling tile removed and replaced with drywall - painted and crown molding installed. The work was timely and all employees were professional and courteous. We'll definitely be using them again!

My wife & I contacted six ( 6 ) contractors. Four ( 4 ) responded. We received quotes from those four. Leon Home Repair was the lowest ( by far ). My wife & I spoke to 4 or 5 of their previous customers and they were all VERY satisfied. Two of them were in the process of rehiring them to do additional work. They gutted our entire bathroom. They estimated a time frame of 2 1/2 weeks to complete the job. It took 3 weeks because the co. that installed our countertop was behind schedule. When Leon Home Repairs finished, my wife & I were beyond thrilled with the job. They ( Edison & Mario ) averaged ten ( 10 ) hrs a day working. They cleaned up behind themselves. They were professional & courteous. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

We needed several improvements done to our home before we sold it, and we decided to go with Leon Home Repairs after getting quotes from a couple companies. The following items were done: - repairs to walls and ceilings, repainting, and new linoleum flooring in 2 upstairs bathrooms - repainted walls and trim of entire downstairs and more (kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath, stairs and stairway/stairwell up to and including hallway on second floor) - repairs and painting on lots of exterior siding and trim Leon Home Repairs did a great and professional job. Communication was good, they cleaned up after their work, and they were able to schedule work around our schedule and the weather. Chris helped us make some decisions about what needed to be done, and also provided clear feedback when additional work was needed (beyond what was originally expected, especially on the siding). I would hire him again.

Working with Leon Home Repair was wonderful. They were extremely helpful throughout the full remodel of my master bathroom and went the extra mile to give me options and guidance along the way. Edison is a wonderful craftsman and the bathroom looks even better than I imagined at the start. I received multiple quotes prior to deciding to use Leon, but won't use anyone else in the future. The project finished on-budget and on-time. Edison was dedicated to the job the entire time and finished very quickly. I also used Leon for some general carpentry items around the house and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend working with Chris and Edison.

The work done by Leon Home Repairs, Inc. was incredible. They were fast, professional, knowledgeable and so communicative. They made sure that everything was to our liking and I highly recommend using only this company for all your home repair needs.

This was the third time I have hired Chris Leon and his team. I am never disappointed at how fast the work is completed, the professionalism of the team and how clean they leave the house when done. Popcorn removal is a painful experience, but they did an excellent job and really makes the house look 1000 times better. This team is a definite go to for interior and exterior repairs!
