Awesome to work with, fantastic windows, amazing the difference between the builder's original windows and these triple-pane windows. So much quieter inside the house now, and the windows have far better features than the originals, like opening from both top and bottom so you can get a good air draw from opening the top in one window, and the bottom at a different window. Insulation is amazing. Installation was great, done in a single day on 7 windows, 8-10 week turnaround on the order, which is a bit long, but worth the wait for the quality and price.

Feels like an MLM, and no reputable site, like Consumer Reports has an objective review of the product. They will offer you a discount if you put a sign in your yard and write them a review. It requires you to make a decision that day. Looks well made for a large frame unattractive vinyl window. The two guys that came for the pitch were polite, on time, and well versed in the product.

We could not be more please with the service, price and product we received through LEI. From the initial consultation to the installation and the inspection with the installation team, we are so glad we chose LEI. We live in the flight path and noticed an immediate improvement in noise reduction--even before they were sealed! We also noticed a marked improvement on cold winter days. The price, the warranty and the service are all reasons we would choose LEI again and recommend others to use them.

I saw an ad on my Facebook local craigslist for a local "Showcase Home" for a promotional price and service. I called and my Husband and I were taken thru the presentation. We liked the price we were quoted and decided to hire this company for the job. LEI gave us the best price for the job. The windows arrived on time, 8-10 weeks, I don't really remember and the contractor also arrived on time and started the job when he said he would. The job went very quickly and very professionally with minimal mess and fuss. They cleaned up behind themselves each day and were very through. After they left there was no construction debris left behind. The job took 3 days from start to finish on installing the windows. We are very pleased with the look and function of the windows and would hire them again.

Our family had LEI Home Enhancements install all new windows and a sliding glass door. Our old windows were in very sad shape and the house was so drafty and moisture was a real issue. The salesman was super knowledgeable, very professional and really easy to work with. The sales force that organized the payments and installation were top notch. The installation was done by a two workers that put in ALOT of hard work for project and the outcome was fantastic and the house is actually an oven if you aren't careful how much you have the heat set at. The triple pain windows have totally transformed the performance and the look of our old house. Thank you to the entire team for this effort and Christian attitude from start to finish!

The installation went great and when they knew they would needbto come back, they scheduled a return visit right away.

Worse company in the industry. Promised 8 to 12 weeks for installation, arrived 6 months later. when the windows arrived, 1 was missing and the others didn't fit. NO WORD FROM LEI Home Enhancements to date. Do not even consider LEI as an option.

April 4, 2017, I entered into a contract with LEI Home Enhancements to purchase and have installed windows for my home. In the contract it stated the windows would be installed within 8 to 12 weeks. For the past 3 months I have inquired as to when my windows would be installed. During this 6 months, I have had to have my loan extended twice with a third extension looming on the 12th of this month. ( October ). My windows finally arrived and were scheduled to be installed yesterday, October 3, 2017. The installers arrived early and began the process of removing my current windows before the actual new windows arrived. This process involved removing all the casings and weather strippings. The windows arrived about 9:00 am and were dropped off to the installers. Soon after the windows arrived, the installer advised me that several of the windows were mismeasured and would not fit, and 1 window was missing all together. At this point we began calling any and everyone we could with LEI. After several left messages, I was able to contact a person who identified herself as Monica. I explained my dilemma to Monica who was very sympathetic to my situation but had no solutions to offer. She stated that she would have to contact someone in management who could make decisions regarding what to do moving forward. As of 2:00 pm Eastern time today I have not been contacted by anyone and have left both voice and email messages trying to get someone to call me back. Currently my original windows are being held in place by a few nails that have been driven through the window to the frame. All the weather strippng and casings have been removed and taken away, This is an extreme safety hazard due to having a normal 8 year old boy in the house. LEI has made no attempt to contact me and I have been unable to make contact with anyone from LEI. The front of my homes appearance is an eyesore and the windows in their current state are a extreme safety hazard.

LEI salesman stopped by my home with a promotional spiel, but required that my husband and I both be present for the estimate. When I explained that I make decisions about our home improvements, he simply thanked me for my time and left. Apparently, without "my husband" my money is no good? Didn't even leave information about the windows he was trying to sell. Seems like a bad sales tactic.

Two women rang my doorbell at my home and asked if I was interested in a free windows estimate and in my home being a model home. I agreed to sign up for the free estimate, especially since my husband and I had talked about getting new windows eventually. I was unfamiliar with this company so I googled them and did some research, and my husband researched the various types of windows. The representative we worked with was very friendly. He didn't have LEI business cards, but he was legitimate and gave an informative presentation about the triple-pane windows through a PowerPoint presentation and a window sample. There seemed to be a timeline to get us to sign since the first ones would get the model home discount, but we took a couple weeks to do some research about triple-pane windows vs double-pane as well as the company they work with, Alside, before we signed the contract and paid the initial payment. 1 1/2 weeks later, from Randy at Alside called to schedule the measurement appointment and I received follow-up emails. Between the time we signed the contract and our installation appointment, their status updates were helpful and gave us a good estimate of the time frame that we should expect to hear from them. On the day of the installation, they worked quickly and professionally. They said it may take 1.5 days, but they completed the work in 1 day. We are very satisfied with the windows and the work they completed.
