Description of Work: Pros: flexibility in options/changes, great floor plans, builds quickly, responsiveness from site foreman. So far positive interactions with HOA. | |Cons: lack of communication from sales agent to sub contractors, quality of building materials (warped studs etc), framing quality (wavy walls, walls out of square, walls not crowned). Get everything in writing, deal directly with site foreman otherwise it won't get done. 2 months in, lots of nail pops, creeky floors.

We purchased our home in 2007 without hesitation because we could see that Ward Russell had built the best home when compared to all the other homes we looked at in the greater Raleigh area. The home inspector showed me example after example of where Legacy had built in extra quality over what was required by code. Seven years later, peopel come into my home and ask if it was just recently built The home is holding up very well and we have had no issues. We are very happy with our Legacy Custom Home. Thanks Ward and associates.
