+ 0 moreThe water main break happened when I was out of state. Lane helped me get that repaired and even helped me negotiate with the water company to get my $1200 water bill down. We are always happy with their services. They are very professional, removed the old water heater and everything was cleaned up well. We will use them again.
Description of Work: I have used Lane Plumbing a couple of different times. They fixed a water heater, a water main break, etc.

+ -1 moreI called just recently and spoke to Mr. Lane. When I inquired about him coming out to program the system I was told just read the manual its so easy a ten year old can do it. When we purchased the system we were told that Mr. Lane would install and program this system. My husband and I have remodeled our home, we have finally finished with all of the projects and would like our home protected. That is why we bought the system. We are very unhappy with his quality and lack of commitment. We also have been informed that we could have gotten this for much less from some where else.
Description of Work: We purchased a water leak detection system from Mr. Lane, and could not seem to get service out of him. He finally sent some one over to install it. Then we were told that the owner would come and program the system. He has made several appointments to do so and has not shown up.
