Went extremely well from start of design, through execution and cleanup. Could not have been more pleased with our choice of Landvision Designs and their execution and management of the job.

I purchased 3 trees from a local nursery in Nov 2014 that has a relationship with Landvision. I also purchased the option to have Landvision deliver and plant the trees within 2 weeks. Flags were provided to mark the locations for the new trees. Within 2 weeks, Landvision came and planted the trees. They also left care instructions and did an initial watering.

Always been very pleased with Landvision - always punctual and communicate well with us when there are delays (usually weather related). They do an outstanding job with our property and all of our neighbors comment that our yard looks the best on the street (they all use another provider that is substantially cheaper and it SHOWS.....you get what you pay for). Our lawn and shrubs have never looked better!

I could not be more pleased with the outcome. They were not the cheapest estimate, but you get what you pay for. The crew was very respectful of the home and the guys on design and estimating were very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

The designers listened to our input and accompanied us at the Homewood Garden Center, where they are located, to collaborate on the selection and placement of all plant material to be used. They were very responsive to our questions and patient throughout the planning process. The design and materials list were clear and concise, which made it easy for us to secure the prompt approval of our HOA. Hannah reached out to us to give us the option to have larger Hinoki Cypress they found installed. They were well worth the extra money. The work took three days to complete. They had all the underground utilities marked beforehand. Mike, the foreman, consulted with us and kept us informed throughout the process. He explained things without us having to ask and took the initiative to make recommendations. He even asked us where they should install the lighting transformer/timer instead of just having it attached to the foundation near an exterior receptacle. This let us have it installed out of sight and protected from the weather inside the crawl space. They had trouble locating the large rounded river boulders we wanted. Instead of settling for something less than what we wanted, they searched several rock suppliers until they found right ones. Mike also suggested we have a dry river rock drainage path installed that aligned with our side yard swale to prevent the mulch from washing away during heavy rains. We approved this add-on and were very pleasantly surprised when he told us there would not be an addition charge for this since we had one less ground light installed than was in the plan. The entire crew was very careful to minimize the impact of their work on the lawn and existing landscaping, and to keep things neat and clean. Overall, we are very pleased with the process and final result. We won't hesitate to retain Landvision Designs for all out future landscaping needs.

Tracy from Landvisions came out to our home and we discussed what we wanted to do with our yard. He was very professional and and had a great ideas that met our expectations. He did not charge us anything for this initial consultation. A week later, we met at his office in Raleigh to see what design he came up with. Tracy did an excellent job designing and explaining his vision of the plants and trees that would meet our needs. We decided to defer the landscaping plan for the rear of our house due to the cost and have one less Juniper planted, but approved the rest of Tracy's plan. We had to get our homeowners association to approve the plan but we decided to reserve a spot on the calendar for later in the year. Once we got approval from our HOA, we contacted Landvisions. They contacted us a couple of weeks later and we set up time for installation. Tracy and his foreman, Mike came out the day before Thanksgiving and the locations of the trees and the landscaping along the fence were marked. Since heavy rain was predicted for later that day, they said they would come out on the Monday after Thanksgiving and complete the job. They came out yesterday and worked the entire day cutting our sod and planting the trees and plants. Mike and his crew did an outstanding job! They even spread some extra pine straw that they had in an area of the yard that was not part of the plan. They cleaned up the yard, collected their tools and left as the sun was setting. All of the work was done to our satisfaction and I definitely recommend them and would use them for future work.

They were very nice. They gave us designs to show how it was going to look and we got to see exactly what they were going to do. They were also very prompt and did what they said they would. The job was finished in one day.

The plans are great and we are awaiting the installation of the plants and stone work.

They were on time, very professional and knowledgeable. We discussed all of the drainage options and which would be most cost-effective. We are not ready to move forward on our project yet but we will be using LandVision when the time comes!

atSee above, sorry. I take part blame for things not going right with the work. I do not think that the Lenten Roses were treated even vaguely professionally. The dirt isn't what I thought I was getting.

We sought a turn-key solution for the back yard of our new home. Existing grading had created drainage issues. In addition, the patio space provided by the builder was small/uninviting, and the post-construction trees/landscaping/natural area needed serious help. Having used LandVision at our prior home, we knew who to call. Daniel patiently walked us through the design process, offering terrific options/ideas. His formal and quot;planand quot; submitted to our HOA was thorough/impressive and secured immediate approval. The projected schedule was accurate; Daniel kept us updated on a near daily basis. Can't say enough good things about the installation crew... highly skilled, hard working, always courteous and willing to answer questions. They completed the 4-week project on-time and within budget. The results? Even better than we hoped. We now have an inviting, interesting, enjoyable outdoor living space. Could not be happier!

These guys are EXTREMELY professional and do an excellent job. Looking down our street, our lawn and yard is by far the best looking - this is due to the careful attention to detail (weeding, cutting when the lawn is dry rather than just running equipment whenever and wherever they feel which damages the turf like some providers, trimming the shrubs). They have always been very responsive to special requests (taking care of mulching, installing plants that we provided and that they provided, etc). They are pricy, but you get what you pay for (and we have never had a problem or headache with them)

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Landvision Designs on two different projects. A couple of years ago they did some landscaping for us and we were so happy with the outcome that we contacted them again when we decided to upgrade our patio. We were hoping for a design that blended with our existing landscape as well as with the style of our home and they totally delivered. Their designer was very flexible and most accommodating during the initial design phase and also with our last minute “own the job” changes. They have an excellent team of installers that brought our project to life. Every member of the Landvision Designs team is a professional, but they are also quite personable, which makes the disruption of construction a much better experience. Thanks to Landvision Designs we now have the outdoor living space we dreamed of. We would recommend them highly and without reservation.

Called Landvision Designs to have some grading done on the front lawn, hoping to reduce water seepage into the basement. At the time, we believed that the poor grading was a major contributor. Had the estimate done, and actually scheduled a service date, and then when the wallboard was pulled down, we began to wonder if we were going to need more extensive regrading or other services. Called them back to come and look at the situation and see if what we'd uncovered would make the project more extensive. After coming out and looking at our situation, he stated that he hated to talk himself out of a job, but that he thought we should have someone else come out and do waterproofing, and recommended a simple downspout fix that we could do that might help some as well, since he believed our gutters were draining into a clogged pipe. We did cancel the grading, at least for now, but his responsiveness, expertise, and honesty will lead us to work with Landvision Designs more in the future -- and we have a lot of landscaping to do! Have already recommended them to a friend

Their price is a bit high. They do a very good job. They are responsive, punctual and professional. I would use them again in the future.

They did a very good job. We have had a few issues with drainage, which they have fixed. Overall it was a good experience. They are very courteous and were punctual. They did a great job with the design.

It looks beautiful. They were fantastic and I have nothing but good things to say. They were friendly, they were on time, they were professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and they checked up on everything to make sure that you are happy. I would absolutely use them again.

Landvision Designs is very friendly and flexible. They gave me a lot of options and a huge plan and itemized it out. They were very responsive to my needs and scheduling was easy. They always notified me about their plans, it was a great experience.

Landvision kept me informed about when they would do the work, taking in to consideration my schedule and the arrived on time. The crew was polite and efficient, did quality work and clean up after themselves. The plants they transplanted are doing well, despite being moved in spring (instead of the fall, which is generally the best time) and despite the hot weather we are having. The planters work well as does the drain. Landsvision even gave me permission to use their design for raised beds I decided to do myself. All in all I think they did a great job. They were expansive.

All of the work done was guaranteed. They came out quickly, worked well together and did a good job. The patio is draining fine. It is a big patio located in the back of my house. I knew it was important to get the drainage done correctly to protect the patio from water damage.

The company did an excellent job in the design and installation of new plants and lighting. The plants they used were top quality and all are doing well despite drought conditions this summer. The workers who did the installation did a great job. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to use Landvision again.

The price was outrageous, but the work was excellent! When there were some minor problems, they returned to fix them.
