From the beginning Lesly of L&M Cleaning was professional and friendly. Lesly came with her team to do a deep clean and I hired her on the spot to come every two weeks. My apartment hasn't been this clean since I moved in! I had gotten so used to my old service cutting corners I had forgotten what it was like to have true professionals do the job. Lesly listened to my long list of detailed instructions (I'm a bit of a control freak) and didn't have a problem with any of it. She said it was her job to make her clients happy. L&M Cleaning are perfect (10 out of 10) and you should hire them immediately. No need to even get an estimate from anyone else.

Lesly is phenomenal and her crew works hard. I hired Lesly to help me catch up on the house after work and travel and side projects had me falling behind. I didn’t truly know the extent of how badly my house needed to be truly cleaned until Lesly was done with it!

Lesly’s Cleaning service was fantastic! I was able to schedule for next day service! Ms. Lesly contacted me the day of the service prior to our appointment to let me know exactly when they were en route, which I very much appreciate. Upon their arrival, Lesly and her dedicated team greeted me and quickly began preparation to Deep Clean my apartment. Ms. Lesly and the 2 gentlemen helping her were both polite, and professional. She got some final, small details as far as what I wanted done; She divided different responsibilities/sections of my apt amongst herself and her team, and immediately started handling business! They cleaned my Space in it’s entirety, Top to bottom: 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Apartment, a Little under 900 sq ft. Kitchen - Including full interior clean of my refrigerator and a pretty detailed clean of the oven, the burners in particular. Full Dusting, Sanitization of all Door Knobs and Handles, Full sanitizing clean of bathrooms including toilets (Didn’t miss a single spot!), Beds were made in both Bedrooms, Blinds Wiped, Vacuuming done in Bedrooms. My home is primarily hard floors outside of the bedrooms, and they did a thorough sweep and mop of all of those areas! It was an efficient clean as well, they finished a thorough deep clean in about 3 hours time, averaging about an hour per categorized section (Bedrooms/Bathrooms/Kitchen-Living Area). Ms. Lesly and co. kept me aware of the progress as the clean went on, and Made sure everything was to my liking before they departed. Ms. Lesly has definitely made a customer out of me, as I will absolutely be utilizing her services again in the near future and beyond, and I won’t hesitate to recommend her services to anyone seeking a good House Cleaning service!
