+ -1 moreSale and delivery went great. After about 1 year the double cushion on the backrest came apart or separated - it is made in two peaces. Now when I sit in chair the two pillows separate and leave an uncomfortable 3 to 4 inch open non-supported space in my back. I asked for hel at the store and was told that they don't do that by Mr Gyant, and was given a service number. I sent a message to Lazy Boy via e-mail and received a OK we will help, since I answered this message with the specific data required I have heard nothing at all. I guess Lazy Boy could care less, once sold why should the care. I am diappointed with these people since this was not exactly a cheap chair, it was one of the most expensive in that showroom. Never again will I buy from them, that is for sure.
Description of Work: Purchase of a Lazy Boy High Leg Lounger LG938075FN007 Leather I was there in Dec 2012 and had contact with service in Jan 2013 and nothing since then.
