 + -1 moreJohn clearly and quickly communicated with me to answer any questions and set up a time for an estimate. When we were talking about location we realized we were not close in location. I wish we had been able to work together because he was responsive and professional in our communication. He did not actually complete any service.
Description of Work: John was very responsive and professional in our contact. We did play a little bit of phone tag, but he was persistent in getting me on the phone. I wish we were able to work together, but we were not in the same location/area.

 + -1 moreRequests pricing and time of each job simply because he can get busy and helps to keep him on time. Professionalism and honesty is his biggest strengths which is why I have been loyal to him for many years.
Description of Work: Cuts and maintains my yard. Will do yard related projects like replacing bushes or providing mulch when requested.

 + -1 moreJohn Knapp is the owner of this company. I am allergic to cutting grass, and the pollen. They are prompt, punctual, and consistent. They show up when you expect them to show up because he is driving revenue. When you direct him to come and cut the grass he will come five times a month in summer and cut the grass. Probably I will use him in the future. I will have to negotiate a better pricing.
Description of Work: I use Knapp Landscaping to do leaf clean up, cutting of grass, trimming, edging, and bushes. He was here last in December just to cut the grass.
