At KJ Natural Stone, LLC, we have been in business since 1999. You will see quality, dependable workmanship, and your satisfaction is our guarantee. You will see a prompt reply to all inquiries plus we offer free estimates and competitive pricing. Our warehouse is located at 532 S. New Hope Rd., Raleigh, NC 27610 and is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We do offer free in-home consultation. Our Level 1 granite is $27.95 per sq.ft. You have about 15 different types of granite to choose from. All of our granite is 3CM thick. We have remnants that start off at 24.95 per sq.ft.

We?re sharing our experience (photo batch 1/3) to inform future customers about the craftsmanship of KJ Natural Stone. We hired them through our contractor for a kitchen countertop and sink. Before pickup, I personally visited their location, where they showed me the slab they would be using, along with the sink. Unfortunately, the final product did not meet our expectations. Rather than making any claims, we are simply sharing photos of their work and letting them speak for themselves. Be aware that KJ Natural Stone may claim they had no direct business with us since they worked through our contractor. However, that does not change the fact that they were responsible for fabricating and supplying our kitchen countertop and sink. We hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

We had a great experience with KJ Natural stone. Amanda was very patient and knowledgeable with the granite we picked out. We were able to go back to the business and lay out on the granite slab how we wanted it to look in our kitchen. The installers were were very friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend KJ Natural stone to others.

Nanfer Antonia Lopez, the owner of the company is a very nasty person when I question his craftsmanship and prices, he uses profane language, cursing me, calling me you fu**king mother fu**ker , you fu..king moron, I hang up on him immediately, file complaint on BBB-NC, never use this company again ever. Even for a free service (parts and labor) are not worth it, your self-respect is something that no amount of money can buy.

"Mr.Eddie L was provided with a quote for his kitchen countertops in which it states that he was being provided with a free stainless steel sink, free granite riser, also a free window ledge of granite, and outlet cutouts at no additional cost. Mr.Eddie L was informed that due to the depth of his bar-top, support will be required for the safety of future homeowners. The support brackets were an additional $120 and Mr.Eddie L threatened that if we did not provide the support brackets for free, he would write us a bad review. He also tried to negotiate the price he signed for after the completion of his countertops. After going back and forth with Mr.Eddie L our company ended up providing him with the free supports and the window ledge."

My husband and I walked with the manager to see the inventory. We said we wanted a cream/light grey color to go with our white cabinets. They said the granite would be trimmed and polished. When delivered the stone color was dark brown! Very upset. Not what we expected. They should of told us the color would not remained a similar shade. Their response, "you picked it". They are supposed to be the experts!

I had both COUNTER TOPS(GRANITE TOPS & BACKSPLASH ( GLASS& PORCELAIN TILE INSTALLED BY KJ NATURAL STONE) The work is superb! It looks like a new kitchen. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish. The workers that came out were very polite, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They were always on time and even finished the work a day ahead of time. Whenever I called the office I was able to obtain information right away. Their customer service is horrible; took months to schedule the initial appointment b/c they never called back when they said they would. Their prices were also higher then the competition.
