I was very frank with the saleswoman about another price I received from the company I eventually used for the job. She said there was no way she could get near that price it so I saved her the time from drawing up a big estimate and ended the estimate process. She was very fine about that. She had a great personality and showed up on time. I was very pleased with the interaction. I would recommend her if you could afford her prices.

Desi is the head cabinet person and she was phenomenal; she showed me how to get exactly what I wanted for less money. They did everything they said they would do, they did it well, and they did it for a good price. I got estimates from three or four places and they were the best.

We're very pleased with the results. K&B handled the design and supplied all materials. They also handled the installation of the new cabinets, countertop, shower glass and mirror. (Separate GC handled rest of the actual renovation work). Jenny Cimino, our designer, was terrific. Talented and creative...she was very patient as she walked us through the process, solving a few design issues along the way. Very professional...she's the best!

It didn't go quite like I planned but it ended up fine.

Kim became my sales rep. at the showroom in Kitchen & Bath Galleries. She showed me the Cambria & Hanstone lines when I asked for Quartz and advised me that the Hanstone was less expensive. She gave me a price list for all of the colors and also a price list for all of their Artisan sinks, which allowed me to weigh the various options with pricing. After shopping around at several other dealers for both Quartz and the long-term sealed Granite, Majestics Hanstone was the best deal. I inquired about adding removal or the old counters and reconnection of the plumbing as extra services and was advised that they could do the removal (and associated plumbing disconnection) but did not have a licensed plumber to do the re-connection. They suggested a third party for doing both, but after shopping around, it was best to have them do the removal and use a home repair service for the reconnection. I also asked about purchasing the sink elsewhere and Kim told me that the free under-mounting would still be included. However, after shopping around, found that they had the best $ on the 16 Gauge Artisan sinks. After paying 50%, Kim placed my order with Constrata and they called me 5 days later to schedule the removal & templating and then the installation 5 days later. They advised me that 24 hours was recommended for the sink to cure before re-connecting the plumbing but that 12 hours might be sufficient. They noted that they contracted the removal & templating out to an experienced former employee, however, the guy who arrived had the Constrata logo on his vehicle. He arrived on time and during the removal, advised me that the installers of the previous counter had tore out the drywall in the corner behind the backsplash. During templating, he made sure that the dimensions were such that I didnt need to have a seam, which Kim had estimated I would. After templating was complete, he had me review and asked if I wanted a radius on the corner of the bar. Then he had me sign off, but did not leave a copy of the document. I received a scheduling confirmation call 2 days prior to the installation and they arrived on time as well. They advised me that they would need to remove some of the remaining plumbing under the sink for clearance (which I had anticipated). After the installation was complete, they had me review and noted that the white caulk would dry clear and could be painted. Again, no documentation for the product or the services. I was able to register the product via Hanstones website and review their care & maintenance guide, but it required providing a lot number, which I had to search for by looking at the bottom of the counter from inside the cabinets.

THE PRICE WAS HIGH, BUT THE WORKMANSHIP WAS VERY GOOD. I WAS ALSO GLAD THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO HIRE MORE HELP FOR THE JOB. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE IN MY KITCHEN.

ALL IN ALL, THE COMPANY DID A VERY SKILLFUL JOB. THE GLASS ENCLOSURE LOOKS REALLY WONDERFUL IN MY BATHROOM. I COULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE AND I THINK IT IS AMAZING.
