Description of Work: They issued me two VIN-cut keys. Retrieving the keys' specs took a bit, but cutting the keys didn't take much time at all. Both keys worked as expected.

+ -1 moreIt was absolutely wonderful. It was reasonably priced considering what towing was going to cost me and everything. They did a really nice job. They were very friendly and professional. They had me on my way within 2 hours of contacting them.
Description of Work: I was locked out of my car in the airport. Somehow, my key had fallen out of my purse when I was away and I could't get in the car and Key Harbor was able to meet me there and had it open in about 10 minutes and gave me a key.

Description of Work: Had I known about the services Key Harbor provides, I would have saved myself $110. I bought 2 replacement key fobs online and took them to Key Harbor to be programmed, because my old fob had quit working. They charged me $80 to reprogram - much more reasonable than the dealer - but could have fixed my old fob for $35. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and even have a reserved parking place for customers in a very busy shopping mall. They also carry a number of key accessories, so I bought a rubber cover for $10 to protect my new fob. Hopefully I won't need them again soon, but will definitely go back.
