+ -1 moreHe is very responsive, he is very personable, and I like his attitude and personality. He is professional and the quality of his work is fantastic. We?re planning on using him in this next year to do a patio.
Description of Work: I had to bust open the slab in my basement to do some plumbing work so I had Douglas Jones Construction come fix that. He filled the hole that I put in the floor; it was about 50 square feet.

concrete driveways
+ -1 moreIt was a very hot week during the pouring. I called him about cracks in the concrete a couple days later. He came out to check everything and he promised that a few days later he would come back and fix the cracks and the spill of some other concrete on a part of my driveway, but he never showed up and I was not able to contact him for several days. I finally got in touch with him on September 1st at which Mr. Jones told me he wasn't going to come back and fix it. I was recommended for this company from another company on Angie's List, Fails Construction. Mr. Fails came out to take a unbiased look and agreed with me that Mr. Jones should fix the work that was done poorly. Mr. Fails contacted Mr. Jones on several occasions to try and get him to come back out, but Mr. Jones never came back. As well, Mr. Fails will not be hiring Mr. Jones in the future.
Description of Work: He removed old concrete from my 25 x 30 foot area in my driveway and poured new concrete.
