Jon showed up on time (or called when exigent circumstances intervened and told us when to expect him) He always shows up or calls in advance to say when he will be there. He is punctual, trustworthy, honest and very, very fair on pricing and he's a "perfectionist" in every detail of the job asked of him. He is most respectful of our time and inconvenience and he cleans up every day after work is done for the day, uses many protective dropcloths, plastic sheeting, etc. to keep adjoining areas to the worksite clean and un-dusty. We've lived in this house almost 40 years and used him for many years here, at least the last 20 years, for all sorts of jobs in our home. He's done everything from cabinet removal and reinstallation, appliance removal , renovation of space and reinstallation of new appliances, tile baths constructed from scratch after removing old fiberglass tub/shower, he's done electrical work, carpentry work, many plumbing tasks, roofing repairs, complete construction of outbuildings from foundation to finished job, installed chimney for how water heater for pool, provided tuck pointing for major stonework at our house, removed and renovated our facia boards and soffits, repaired siding, installed gutter guards, caulked and painted the entire exterior, done many interior paint jobs, fixed roof leaks and installed new bath fixtures , repaired drywall and ceilings, installed new windows and /or new glass in existing windows, repaired wooden decks, installed new doors, and , generally, any sort of job we can think of and every single one of them has been done to perfection. I've seen his work on jobs for which I recommended him and gotten feedback from every one of the persons who hired him and all were most complimentary, without exception. He's done complete home renovations for some, major renewal, construction of additions, restoration from water damage, kitchen and bath remodeling, screen porches, enclosed porches, decks of all sorts, and every job is custom done to the requirements of the owner. No person I've ever recommended Jon to has ever been less than enthusiastic about his work and personality and personal integrity. We've stopped even considering getting bids from any other contractor and just call Jon. We know he'll be fair, professional, and will stand 110% behind everything he does. He's great to work with and just as professional and honest as any person could ever be. He's been entrusted with the keys, not just ours, but many others, too. You can't go wrong with Jon!.
