This did not go well. The floors looked great from a bird's eye view, but when I noticed little flaws (chips at the joints and a very bad dip in floor movement when I walk on an area of the floor) that I discussed with this contractor he either said that he would correct them or that they were due to the type of floor I purchased (floating floors.) In fact, after a second opinion a portion of the floor was not installed properly and has never been corrected by this contractor before I could no longer take his excuses or lack of accountability and dismissed him. As for the outside of my home it took him about a month to do only a fraction of the work because he did not show up for days on end and he asked for more money after a deposit of half of the money because he did extra work on my chimney replacing rotten wood. He did not replace the chimney he replaced rotten wood in addition to some siding and a window sill. He never worked on my roof which he damaged fixing the chimney in addition to what I asked him to fix on the roof, he never started the deck restoration, he never replaced the siding on the back of the house or the rotten wood around window sill, he never replaced my doors, the painting was not completed, and he never completed installing my light sensors this was all a part of the original work we discussed that I paid half for. The only things that were completed for half of the quote was the extra work (rotten wood on a part of the chimney), window sill, and rotten wood on the front of my house. Again he did not replace my chimney.
Description of Work: I had laminates installed and some siding replaced as well as rotten wood trimming my home.
