 + -1 moreHe was fast, courtious, and did solid work. I am already talking with him about getting some other work done. His son noticed some scrap metal on my property from the previous owner and hauled away truckloads of steel for me just so he could get the scrap prices. He was very responsive and let me know exactly what to expect.
Description of Work: Foundation repair fixing pillars and frame Leveled floors Installed french drain installed insulation into floor installed vapor barrier fixed gravel driveway (he just threw that in as a freebie)

 + -1 moreGiven the amount of work done, the price and speed the work was completed was simply amazing. He was constantly available during the project and alerted me when anything was different from what we had discussed. He exceeded all expectations in terms of quality, price, and professionalism. This is coming from someone who worked, unsuccessfully, with the more "reputable" providers in the area for more money and much worse outcomes. As long as Johnnie is in business, I'll never have anyone else do my foundation work in the future.
Description of Work: I had long standing and chronic foundation issues at my home in Durham. I had three other contractors that specialized in foundation repair do work at the house to no avail. I was referred to Johnnie by a Structural Engineer who said he was the best he knew at foundation work. Johnnie installed french drains around my house and repaired several problem areas of the foundation. He also installed piers under the house where the floor was sagging in spots.
