Provider is neat and cleans up well. I don't see him taking short cuts. He blows the clippings off driveway and deck. He is thorough, responsible and communicates well. Today he took down a tree and got up the roots, as well. I am confident I will continue to use him in the future. I like his work ethic.

They did an adequate job but it wasn't awesome. There were still sprouts coming out of the trees, low limbs that should've been cut, areas that should've been weed-wacked. This wasn't that big of an issue, but when I called to ask that they come out to take care of these things, the owner gave me a lot of attitude - a lot. He said he'd do it, however, he was explaining to me that it was all my fault that it wasn't done right at the same time. He did come out to do what I asked, just not when he said he would. We talked about this in my driveway when arrived the second time & he stomped away, mumbling some not so favorable things while he was on my lawn doing this work.
