+ -1 moreI had an appointment set up and no one showed, When we tried to call and text no one responded called several times without a response Finally got a response i was told they had a lot of clients and he forgot my appointment then he hung up on me. . DO NOT use this company, save yourself time and and do your research.

+ -1 moreI had a service date arranged via the warranty provider. Received a call from JCS Technology to confirm the appointment. No one showed up, no one called, no one returned calls to my multiple messages. I have already contacted my warranty provider to request other service provider. I had to miss work for this. This company did NOT even try to call back, even though I left multiple messages. This company has very bad reviews elsewhere and I DO NOT recommend this provider to anyone for any services.
