Juan’s crew did a terrible job. I cancelled the contract after 45 days for a job that was supposed to take two weeks. They never scraped or sanded anything before painting. The house looks worse than before they started. I should have known better. He demanded money up front and weekly to pay his crew. There are plenty of contractors that require payment after the work has been completed. I wish I went with one of them. I’m trying to recoup my 6200.00 in court.
Description of Work: Exterior wood rot repair and exterior 1500 sq ft house repainted.
