Shawn was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained what was happening with my outlets and gave me several options to fix the situation. He was efficient and thorough in completing the job, and the price was fair. I would use Pope for my next project and recommend them to others.

They responded quickly and got to me on the same day. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in about 5-10 minutes. I'm happy with the response and the work, but the fixed rate price was a bit high.

Jamie and I believe the other guy's name was Cary - both were courteous, worked hard, and did a beautiful job handing a heavy chandelier on a VERY high ceiling over my staircase. The cost was very reasonable and lower than I had expected. I'd recommend this business to anyone.

Jamie was on point. He was very knowledgeable in how to handle an electrical project that other electricians told me they could not do. The electrician came after the company called to say he would be delayed which was a nice courtesy. He came in very polite professional explained the procedure of how much it cost for him to come and then the fact that he would check to see what the problem might be. He worked until the problem was solved and left. He seemed knowledgeable and explained the problem. Very polite man and very well knowledgeable of what he was doing.
