Jason called me before I was even done reading the excellent reviews of his company after I had put in a request for a quote. I described my problems and he graciously spent time explaining what he thought were the issues and how I could check them for myself saving me from paying for a service call. I will do those checks and if I need further assistance will absolutely call back for service. Fred did a wonderful job and went beyond our expectations... even on a Friday afternoon her traveled all the way from Benson to Raleigh in Oder to complete our needs. He even texted me once he was on his way as to not hold me up and I have even texted him with additional questions regarding an unrelated issue and he was quite willing to provide me with his expertise!

I hired Jason H. Pope Electrical Contractors to replace a chandelier in my stairwell. The guys called me about 40 minutes before they expected to arrive to let me know they were on the way. Both of the electricians were friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the work performed and would definitely hire them again.

There was a mistake by them in the original scheduling, but Jason called me directly to apologize and explain. He quickly accomodated a change, and offered a rebate on the services. Much appreciated.

Jason Pope sent Fred to my home to convert a room from switched outlets to always hot, and to add a ceiling fixture box to run off of the existing wall switch. Fred knew exactly what to do. Access through the existing ceiling Sheetrock was required and Fred did a fantastic job of keeping ceiling repairs to a minimum. He completed the job well before I would have expected. Excellent job completed quite quickly and for a fair price.
