I recently bought my first house, but since it was 35 years old the wiring in it was terrible. A ton of my outlets weren't working and the guest bedroom light just stopped working one day. Fred Carmichael came to my house and as soon as I explained my issue he took a look at it and was able to diagnose it and show me a quick fix that made my day! Not only did he just go in and fix the issue he explained to me what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed so I could understand and felt comfortable working on other areas in the house if something comes up. I defiantly recommend the company and especially Fred Carmichael

We needed to have an outdoor outlet fixed and we called Jason H pope Electrical. We were able to get a spot from someone rescheduling for the next day. I was texted a few minutes before Fred arrived. He was on time well within the 4 hr window, and was very friendly, and got the job done fast and looks great! Really appreciate the expediency they were able to give us to take care of the outlet. Would definitely hire again if I need more electrical services.

He was very ptofessional; answered my questios and gave me good advice. He was here over 5 hours and his present was not distraction 4 me or my granddaughter who is a student at NC STATE U. and studying from home remotely.

I'm very glad to have hired this company and will call them again as the need arises. Excellent communication, follow through, and dedication to doing the work right. And efficiently--Brady and Thomas worked almost non-stop and went above and beyond our expectations. From the start Brady really listened and proposed appropriate solutions that would meet code; at the same time he was very respectful of my vision and hopes for the finished project. The work the team did was in our exposed basement ceiling and it's easy to see that it's been very well done. I can't say enough good things about the quality of this work and how positive I feel now that the job is completed.
