You can trust him. I described my problem to him over the phone and he suggested that it may be a tripped ground fault outlet that may be causing my HVAC to not run. Who would have guessed. He was right, and I reset the outlet... problem solved free of charge. Maybe I'm cynical, but I would expect an electrician to drive out, inspect the electrical system, replace a "faulty" item, and charge me $300. Jason is honest and competent.
