Jose gave us a very reasonable estimate and made some suggestions to address some puddling issues we have always had. Because of the time of year and the company's busy schedule it was about 5 or 6 weeks before they got to the job but I knew that up front. They showed up early on the scheduled day and got right to work demolishing our old driveway and had the new driveway poured by the end of the workday. It all went smoothly. The concrete work looked absolutely perfect, and they used reinforced concrete which is better and stronger than what was there originally. After 4 days someone came back to remove the wooden forms and fill in along the drive with soil. All in all, a very pleasant experience and the improvement to our driveway is remarkable. And the area with the puddling issues is so much better-very little after a very hard rain.

Jose and his team provided great service.... they were here when they said they would be, they did a very professional repair job, and left everything clean. The price and quality were excellent. We were very pleased and would certainly call Jose again if we need any concrete work done.

Jose was excellent to work with. His was punctual and followed through on when they would be there. He listened to what we wanted and the driveway looks fantastic. We could not be happier with the results. The workers put in full days and were done in 2 days. I feel that his pricing is very fair, and even cheaper than some of our other bids, which is the main reason why we went with him. He does quality work.

The crew arrived on time and completed the job within one day as promised and cleaned everything before they left. I was more than satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism of Jose and his team.

He never showed up for the appointment to provide an estimate. I explained I had to take a day off if he was coming and he did not show and did not call, Disappointing.

Jose has an AMAZING crew and they did the massive job in 2 days. They worked from daylight to 9 at night to get the job done. Our drainage problems were solved. The new concrete was angled correctly and no more ponding water. Very professional! They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of our property. The only negative thing is that they used slate to build the firepit. after a couple uses it started cracking and crumbling. i think the wrong kind of stone was used and the heat cracked the pit so my husband and i tore it apart and rebuilt it using the correct materials. i would use Jose and his crew again as they do beautiful concrete work but i would not hire them to build another firepit.

I had Jose out to estimate the cost of re-pouring two sections of driveway as part of a larger drainage project. I told him in passing that we also needed a new retaining wall with drainage, and he told me that he could do that too. He quoted me a price that was significantly better than the many others I had received for the same project. He also gave me three references, who all spoke very well of his work. A schedule conflict came up for Jose's crew at the last minute, but they were able to work around it and adhere to the original schedule they had set for my work. They completed it on time, with no cost overruns. We have been through a few good rainstorms now, and the drainage seems to work very well; other contractors around the house have commented on how good the retaining wall and new concrete look. Jose and his crew were very professional and responsive throughout the process, and I would hire them again.

It took less than a day and the job went smoothly.

The job got moved back and was done a bit later than we expected but it was considered a small job and it was difficult to even get people to come and do estimates. When they came, they were right on time and did nice work. The patio looks good and the guys cleaned up after themselves.

J&L did a great job replacing and widening one of our driveways, as well as installing a new long driveway (more than 100') for our in-law suite. The installation of the new driveway required major grading and sloping of the property. The driveways look great and J&L was very responsive. The job got done when they said it would, on a relatively quick turn-around. They worked hard to get within our budget and addressed one issue we raised at the end of the job quickly and to our satisfaction. We would definitely use them again for another driveway project.

Jose gave us a very competitive estimate. Almost used him but we needed the driveway extension very quickly. We went with other company only because they could do it sooner. He was professional and very customer oriented on the phone with me asking alot of questions. Uses 4000 psi concrete with 4 inch slab with expansion joints.

Jose was very prompt in setting up a time to review the work and provide an estimate. When work was set to begin he was very responsive to getting a date set and in 1 days time his crew tore out the old driveway and had a new one laid and finished.

It went well. The crew worked hard and got it done in one day. It looks great and is holding up very well.

I liked the fact that they were very prompt, very courteous, a must have to get the job done he did not delay. The job said three days he did it in three days with no problem. And they came in in one day did a almost a 70 foot stone wall, a block wall and he brought in ten guys for that too. The man knows how to run a business properly and work with his customers and the employees were super nice. That Hispanic group are so phenomenal. They knew how to put a drive way in, they properly put the gravel in they did the proper drainage and they sloped it out they packed it down they did all the right things they didn't do it half way they did it correctly.

They were fantastic. Jose responded to my phone call immediately, made an appointment for when he could come give us a price, showed up when he said he would, talked about what needed to be done, we agreed on a price and he was realistic about when he could get to our job. He actually called me about a week later and told me that he could fit us in earlier if that worked for us. He and his crew showed up when they said they would and did a terrific job. They were very careful about our garden. We had marked the cables and they were careful about those. Everything went very smoothly and they were done in a day. We were normal anxious owners and we kept asking questions about whether this or that would be fixed or would be done. Jose was so very patient with us, explaining everything and responding graciously to all of our questions. The final job is beautiful. They did the concrete pad for our neighbor's car port about 7 or 8 years ago and it is still in beautiful condition.

Did estimate, then had Jose come out to schedule to pour our back driveway and fix our front walk. All ready to go, the found out they don't take credit cards. I don't want to pay cash/check. Not sure why they don't take credit cards in 2016. Regardless, we had to cancel. Really frustrated that we wasted some much time before finding out the big piece.

Called provider to set up an estimate for a concrete parking pad. Provider set up time to come out the next week. Never showed and did not call or return call to find out were he was.

José and his team ripped up the old concrete using sledghammers and a loader, loaded it all into a trailer, and then carted it off. The intervening work was performed while I was at work, but I returned to a newly poured concrete parking pad with relief lines drawn in quarters and which was nicely widened and also contoured and raised by 3" at one end to flow water off toward the driveway. The concrete has cured without issue and still looks good a few weeks on. I've parked my Excursion atop it and the concrete doesn't seem to care. Perhaps the only complaints I could level are as follows: * That I was not given a concrete date - no pun intended - by José during the process and I called a few times to bug him about a date. He obviously came and performed the service, so that worked out. And I had originally requested a quote for a smaller pad, and renegotiating the price for a bigger pad was easy in the midst of it. But anticipate if you're pursuing José that you might have to call and bug him on occasion. * The loader they used left some marks on the old driveway concrete that was not replaced. But since that concrete is old and stained anyway, it's no great loss. Just a niggle. I got just two quotes for the parking pad replacement, but José's price was almost half the other. And I had a coworker's recommendation for José. In the end, I am satisfied and would use José's services again. He'll by my first go-to for eventually replacing my crumbling driveway.

Jos? was very pleasant to work with. Although it was difficult to get him out to provide an estimate, the work was completed on schedule. It has been approximately 9-months since the project was completed, and every thing still looks great.

The contractor did an excellent job. He promised I would be happy with the results and he was as good as his word. I have a lengthy and steep driveway which goes around my house to a back garage. It took Jose and his crew just two days to complete the project. They even came back the next day to clean up and fill in along the edges of the new driveway. I highly recommend him.

We have decided to wait on this project for now. But, wif/hen we move forward we will definitely contact J & L.
