Poor communication. Not on time. They said they did a temporary fix which didn’t work for a second as well. Will definitely

We’re sorry you feel that way, on your invoice it clearly states that it was a temporary fix as you didn’t want to do what is needed to permanently fix the issue. We also gave you the option and you decided to go with the temporary fix as you stated that the permanent fix was out of your budget.

Intercool was fantastic to work with. Edgar was very informative when presenting me with my HVAC options. His team was great on installation day. They were on time and completed the job ahead of schedule. His team was very thorough during installation. With Intercool I was able to save thousands of dollars on my HVAC replacement compared to quotes I received from some of the biggest HVAC companies in the Raleigh area. I cannot thank Edgar and his crew enough for helping me during this blazing hot summer. I would most certainly recommend anyone to use Intercool for their HVAC needs. I am so very happy with choosing them.
