Install It!

It went well. Gregg was professional, reasonably-priced, responsive, prompt and knowledgable. I most defintely recommend Gregg and his services. His 15 years of experience shows. He was patient with my questions before hand, responsive to my emails and scheduled the service quickly. He arrived and completed the job as promised. The job was finished much more quickly than I anticipated based on the horror stories I read from the online reviews.

Gregg and the guy (I'm terrible w names) who helped him were great. When he first arrived Gregg helped me choose the best placement. They dug out the 16 in sq. and 36 in deep hole loading the dirt into my wheelbarrow so I could deposit it in a good spot for later use. They poured the concrete then had to let it cure several days. Four days later they installed the goal and it looks great, solid job! They also let my son watch the whole process and were super nice to him. He was so excited about the new goal! Highly recommend Gregg, he was great to work with.

I was told ahead of time that some stakes would be needed to secure the equipment into the hard Carolina ground. They did an excellent job using the manufacturers manual that had gotten wet. They were also able to come sooner than the date agreed on. I and my daughter are very happy with the results and I will definitely use them again.

Greg and his team did an amazing job. They arrived and went to work, were extremely respectful and professional around my family, and even got it done ahead of schedule. These guys know what they're doing, and seem to enjoy doing it. Greg was great, and if I have other things to install, he's definitely got my business. The kids love the play set, and I have zero concern for safety after their expert installation.

Gregg was great to deal with and responded as promised. Gregg and his helper arrived in late afternoon and worked late into the night then Gregg returned the next day to finish the install. This was the first time installing this particular swing set and he did a great job and was well organized. He leveled and anchored the swing set. My two son's job love playing on it. Great job guys! I would absolutely use them again........

Their motto is "We install smiles". He went far above and beyond. He used a kit and it didn't include all the parts and some of the drill holes didn't match up. He worked until it was dark and he worked on his own time to finish it up. That's how they roll. He wouldn't take a thing for the next day he came back. It is beautiful.

I searched around Angie's List and some referrals from friends and chose Install It LLC because of the consistently fabulous reports on his website and an excellent report on Angie's List. He responded speedily to my email inquiries. I provided a photo link to the swing set to be installed, and he gave me a solid estimate on the time it would take and the steps involved. His emails were always thorough and prompt. Gregg arrived on February 21 and we went over the landscape in the back yard and determined the best place for the swing set. I was terribly ill at the time and not much help at all, but Gregg had everything he needed and went right to work. He went above and beyond to make sure the work was done in time for a visit from my grandchildren, who are looking forward to Nana's new playground. Gregg had this whole thing down to a science! I was really impressed. It was clear to me that he knows exactly what he's doing and why -- for the children!! I was very impressed by his focus on the fact that it's children who are the users of his service, regardless of who's footing the bill. He has their safety and enjoyment in mind every moment he's at work. After all, the company's motto is "We install smiles!" Things went without a hitch. It took two visits for him to complete the work. I can't thank him enough for all he did. You can bet I'll be in touch with Install It! in a few weeks for installation of more play equipment for the grandkidlets and neighbor children. In the meantime, I just want to thank Gregg and Angie's List for the joy you're bringing my family.

I was very happy with the work. Gregg and a helper arrived Monday afternoon around 4pm and worked until around 7pm. They came back on Wednesday to finish up and this took about another 2 hours. Overall they probably had close to 10 man hours in the work. Maybe a bit less. Quality seemed good. I checked some of the fittings behind them and everything seemed to be together nice and tight. They made the modification that I requested to move the rock climbing wall also. My kids love the playset!
