Work was performed on a relatively timely basis with only a few headaches on my part. The problem is that about 6 months after work was completed, 7 of the 4x4 post covers on the deck split. I contacted Mark Warner by email explaining the situation and attached pictures. He said he would contact the materials representative and get back to me. When he contacted me he informed me the materials manufacturer was sending replacement materials at no charge, and that he would take care of it and quot;no problemand quot; I thanked him and told him no big rush. This was in September 2013. Mark indicated it would take a day to fix, and that he would have it completed before Christmas. I checked in with him via text message on December 16, and he said he had been very busy but hoped to have it done by the end of January 2014. I responded that was fine. I contacted Mark again by text message on 3-22-2014 and asked him if he realized it had been almost 7 months since I first contacted him about the split post covers. He responded and quot;give me a dam (sic) break, I'll get there soonand quot; On 5-23-2014 I sent Mark pictures of post covers that were now split open instead of just cracked. His response was and quot; I know I will get itand quot;. On 6-12-2014 he sent me a text to say he didn't know when he could get to the repairs. He offered to have the materials (that the manufacturer had provided at no charge) shipped to me so that I could get someone else to do the repairs, but he would not be responsible for the labor costs. I told him I thought it would be better if he did the repairs since I had already paid him to do the job and I considered this a warranty repair. He said he warranted his work but not materials. I told him that since he selected the materials and recommended them, I thought he should be responsible for them. A phone call followed that was contentious, and ended with Mark telling me and quot;I could do whatever the f**k I wantedand quot; and hung up. I waited 9 months for a promised repair to a substantial and expensive job. I am not pleased with the outcome.

Outstanding experience. These guys have been working together for many years and did a remarkable job. The work took several days and they always showed up exactly when they said they would. Their level of expertise and the quality of their work is exceptional. They made some minor repairs to the trim without charging any extra. I plan to do some additional work in a couple of years and will definitely call them first.
Description of Work: Mark and his small crew replaced the siding on three sides of my 2-story house, applied Tyvex wrap and also built a porch on the front of the house.
