Description of Work: There are carpenter ants in my sun room ceiling, which is 16ft. high at its peak. This company could not help me because they do not do any work that requires use of a ladder.

Description of Work: Full termite treatment. They were great. Orkin came out first; their estimate was 3x as much, and were going to drill through my front porch! Innovative Pest said they could access the same location from the crawlspace. They were great from beginning to end!

Description of Work: We are on an annual contract at $95 per year, which is a very competitive price. They call to set up the annual inspection, I didn't have to call or track them down. They are curtious, prompt, professional, and very well priced. Last year while doing the termite inspection they informed us of a leak under the house and a loose air vent. We would never had known of these problems and they were under no obligation to tell us. They are truly concerned for the customer. Also, the first year they treated the entire house, which many of their competitors do not do. When we had other termite companies in for estimates they said the annual contract includes repairs if there ever is termite damage but they will never treat unless termites are found! To me, that is an insurance policy only. Innovative inspects and treats upfront so you don't have to worry about termites. Their contract includes the "insurance policy" but having the treatment made all the difference to us.

+ -1 moreI called in to enquire about their services. Was on call with an extremely impatient and rude customer service specialist by name Jill. She did not like being asked questions to and before hanging up my call, spoke ill about my questions to her fellow colleague. I am extremely unhappy with the employee's professionalism and ethics. If one does not have the patience to answer questions I strongly suggest that they look for non customer related jobs. We call companies based on their manners and professional behavior..if any of you are looking for those two things..please do not use this company.
Description of Work: I did not have any service performed by this comapny. Its not worth talking to the staff of this comany.

+ -1 moreFantastic!! Even warned me about sighting a snake near the play equipment used by my 2 year old grandson. They were helpful, informative, and professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing pest control services or advice.
Description of Work: Sprayed for carpenter ants and other ants under the house. Treated yard for ticks and fleas. Did a survey of the property and made recommendations of things to do to help control pests.
