+ -1 moreThis was my second house I've used Infinity Fence for wooden fencing. For this installation, at my new house, I needed a fenced area for my dog. Bob came out and helped with a proper design for a fenced area off the side of my house that allowed access from our back deck. He and his team did a great job installing a 5 foot wooden fenced area, roughly 15' by 30' in size, including two gates - and we are very happy with it (so is my dog!).

Once I agreed to the estimate, Bob began work when he said he would. The fence looks great! I would definitely use Bob and Infinity Fence again.

Description of Work: I'm hoping this guy is okay. He was very responsive, set and confirmed an appointment but then never showed, never called. A no show for an initial appointment - especially on a weekend which is family time we don't like giving up - is pretty bad business.

+ -1 moreFirst the owner came for an appraisal and we agreed on repair for multiple sections that needed replaced due to two large trees falling on it. The fence is at least 12 years old and has held up very well. This was the original builder of the fence and due to the quality we wanted it repaired by them as the fence is in amazing condition and had never been painted. We were very happy with the quality of work and fast turn around from phone call to completion. Sadly, it was the neighbors trees and not covered by anyone's insurance so it was unexpected expense.
Description of Work: Repaired and replaced sections of our fence due to falling tree damage on two sides and rotten wood.

Description of Work: The estimate was fair and the work done was quality work. With fencing you do have to manage around weather which is not in anyone's control. The end result was great. I am very happy with my fence and they did a very quality job.

+ -1 moreBob was prompt and professional. He talked with me on the phone then came and checked out the job site. He came the day before the sewer work was to be completed to take down the fence and put the fence back up after the sewer job and rip rap job was completed. It was a small job but he was willing to do it. When he replaced the fence, he had a couple workers with them and he completed the job quickly. One of my poles was rotted on the bottom and he replaced it. His crew left the jobsite clean. Other than one slightly shiny pole, you would never guess the fence was taken out and put back.
Description of Work: We had to have a section of chain link fence removed and then put back for a sewer line repair.

+ -1 moreBob came out and discussed the project with me in advance, very professional and knowledgeable. He sent me a quote within a couple of days, it was accepted and I mailed in the signed contract and downpayment. Since I was ordering a white aluminum fence, I had heard (from Bob and other companies that quoted the same job) that it would take 2 - 3 weeks to get the materials in. About 3 weeks after accepting the proposal, the materials were available and I was on the schedule fairly quickly. They came out on 8/31/12, pulled up my old fence, dug the holes, poured the concrete and had my new fence up in one day. I was completely shocked when I got home that night, I had only expected to see a lot of holes in my yard..... not a complete fence. Overall a very good experience! Love love love my new fence.

Description of Work: I worked with Bob, the owner of Infinity fence, to close in our yard and join two neighboring fences on the back of the property. Bob is very knowledgable of all the rules and regulations and guided us through potential issues that we should work out prior to construction (joining fences that would require us encroaching on a portion of property we did not own). After all issues were resolved, Bob's team needed part of one day to mark the outline, clear brush and cement the posts. they returned three days later and installed all the pickets, two swinging gates and rails with a two man crew. The fence looks amazing and is high quality. We want with a standard dog-eared picket and the total fence was 188' x 4'. Price per square foot was less than $3 which i think is very fair for this job. I would recommend Infinity Fence moving forward.

+ -1 moreBob was extremely responsive right from the beginning. I got his name from our neighbor who had used him for getting a poly vinyl fence put in. After talking to Bob and getting a quote from him, I was confident that he will do good work. He gave me a professional quote, design of the fence to be installed and some cautions on what he might run into. I made some changes to my order along the way, which he was able to accommodate and he was also flexible as we ran into a tree right in the fence path. We are very happy with how the fence looks and the privacy it has added to our backyard.
Description of Work: We got a poly vinyl 6 feet high fence (5 feet privacy + 1 foot lattice topper) installed in our back yard. We wanted a new fence that matched our neighbor's fence and gave us some privacy in the backyard.
