iMPACT HOME SOLUTIONS (IHS) was paid 40% down ($5600) and another 30% once work started ($4500). Have not seen the construction workers since 7/29/11, except to come pick up ladders left behind. The Company President, Bob Ryan, had stopped communicating with us. Last message on Aug 18, 2011. The President of IHS, Bob Ryan, has repeatedly given excuses for not finishing the work: a worker's car broke down he had a personal issue with his family said inspectors would come out Aug 8 or 10, no one showed up; said again that inspectors would come on Aug 12, no one showed. said again inspectors would come Aug 15, no one showed. on Aug 15, he also said he was waiting on the correct screens for the porch and they would be shipped overnight. We found out from the Building Permits office that Bob Ryan, IHS, had not paid for the fee for the City license and that's why the inspectors had not been out to inspect the electrical and ruff-in work. We have repeatedly tried to contact Bob Ryan, President, IHS but he has not responded since Aug 18, 2011.
