He came out quickly and gave us a good proposal, but since then there has been dead silence, in spite of my numerous phone calls and emails to his office and cell phone. I think he overbids on jobs, and then can't service them. I would have been OK with a return message and a later completion date than no communication at all.

Called on Wednesday 5/17/2013 to get an estimate on grading, and was scheduled for a appointment on Monday 5/20/2013 at 10:00 am. However by 10:40 am on Monday they did not show up, I called an left a message and 3 hours later no return call and still hasn't shown up. Such a waste of my time.

Chris was very prompt with the estimate. He showed up on schedule and listened to what we needed done. The crew was very quick and had the irrigation system installed within a couple of days. I had mentioned to Chris that the one area (near our water meter) was still extremely low and needed to be built up with Topsoil and sod. He said he would get to it, but I ended up doing it myself after not hearing from him for a couple of weeks.

He gave us a comfortable feeling that we were kind of getting what we needed. We had two crews come out on the same day, one did the front lawn and one did the back areas for the belgard system. They did a nice job. They came in nice and clean, put in all the pipes for irrigation and covered them up with sod pieces. They cut our neighbors TV line by accident, so they came back out and repaired the spot which was cut because they left it all open there. By a large they have been responsive but the only issue is you need to work with their schedule because we had asked them to come out early to do that. We asked them to come back because we decided not to do as much as we wanted to do. We had them do a less expensive walkway down from the patio down to the golf course. We used a regular shaped cut stones which he did a nice job on. It was perfect for what we needed. There were some touch up items they had to do, so they came back out to do them and there is still a small piece of stone they have to fix but I'm assuming they'll come back. I'm generally happy with them. They did it right the first time and came out on time to do the job. They did the job in a reasonable time frame and they also did a few extras that we were not charged for. They did a very satisfactory job.

I spent $5000 on the job. They were fine with everything. However, their followup was not good. They prepared the yard for sodding and laid it down. I thought that the price was fair and the work was good. Once they got their money, they moved on to the next thing. They were not really concerned about the followup. I contacted them even after the work was done. They were knowledgeable and professional, though. They came back and redid a part of the sod that was dead; it was great. However, I had a drain issue, which they never responded to. I did not like to keep calling them. So, I discontinued calling them. I might use them again in the future.

They were good with a good price. They completed the work on time. I have had to call several times for information about the system and they have come out free of charge to explain.

Quick and very good estimate when compared to others, work performed on time even after rain, job performed in time frame quoted with no follow up needed, quality work and much better than other companies I've used in the past.
