+ -1 moreGail is a great real estate agent. She helped us find and buy a house. She was always professional and honest. She listened to what we wanted in a house and showed us several houses that she had found and thought might be suitable. When something came on the market she contacted me right away so and was available to go see it quickly. The seller of the house that we decided to buy had offered a bonus to agents bringing buyers. Gail was not comfortable with this and asked the seller to put the money toward the purchase price of the house. She was really looking out for us! After the transaction was complete, Gail has continued to help us. She has answered my questions about real estate and provided me the names of contractors that she has worked with. She is a friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely call Gail again if I were looking to buy or sell a house in central NC.
