+ -1 moreThey responded quickly when our heat pump stopped working and got it going again, but said it had a freon leak underneath it where it could not be repaired. I had had other companies say that it was leaking. We decided to replace it and they scheduled at a time to fit my schedule and came at the scheduled time. The installation went well and the technicians were all very polite.
