I pay them quarterly. They are great. If I see something they'll come in and they'll spray the house again. I had silverfish in the house and they give me some little traps for those. They are very good.

What they do works. The gentleman that comes out and does the work is an extremely nice young man; he does a great job. He is always on time.

They were referred to us by our neighbor. We had problems for the first 4-5 days until we got them. They come out about every three months. We have a contract with them for a year. They give us a call when they are going to come. Even if we are not there they take care of their business. The pipes which are connected to the outside of the house is where they inject the chemicals. Our overall experience with them has been good.

I do like them. They have been with me from the beginning of 2007. They are very good. We have never had any problems in the house with any bugs. The termite inspection also gives me a warranty that covers everything 100% if I would ever get termites. If I see any bugs between quarters they will come out to fix the issue.

I have used them for the last six years. One thing I like is that they install tubing under the house so when they come to do a treatment, they just hook up to the tubes and they can reach the entire crawlspace where most companies can't reach. I will absolutely continue to use them.

We've used them for four years now and they always do a great job! They come every 3 months, but if we have issues in between appoints, they will come back for free.

We have been using them since 2003. It was a recommended company by the builder and they use tubes in the walls when you are building your home and they put the pest control into the tubes and it is safe for kids and animals. They also take care of a perimeter around the home and take care of fire ants and wasp nests. They don't have to come into the house unless you have an issue. They also do the termites for me too. They are kind of expensive, but I think it is comparable and not all companies have the tubes in the walls, I haven't had any issues.

I have a double service contract with them; they do termite and other pest extermination for me. They normally spray around the house, take care of the cob webs, and make sure that everything is taken care off, and check on all the termites sites, They are excellent, when I had the problem, it was not a normal visit, I picked up the phone yesterday morning, and he was here yesterday afternoon. I have been using them for the past 5 years.

I have dealt with the same representative for some time. He has been unbelievable.

They are on an automatic schedule and they come automatically. They are very reasonable. The area is treated monthly or quarterly for spiders and other pests. They make sure there is no activity both exterior and interior. They knock out spider webs around my home.

We haven't had any problems and we've been using them since 2004. The I would highly recommend them.

The price of my quarterly service went up without notice. When I called customer service to find out why, I was put on hold and the recording eventually said that customer service could not take my call, to please leave my name and number and someone would call me back. No one called back. I've tried to call back on and off at different times of the day but haven't been able to get through. In the mean time, I've contacted five other pest control services, all of whom quoted lower prices for the same service. I called the sales department in hopes of speaking to a live person and was forwarded to the customer service manager's voice mail. I left a message that I want my service with HomeTeam cancelled.

They have only done one treatment so far. I pay them every three months. The treatment is about what I expected. They were pretty average.

They come once in every 3 months. They do a fine job. They will call me before they come to let me know they are coming, so I can prepare my yard to make sure my pets are not outside. I really appreciate the courtesy call. They are professional and we have never had any issues with pests since we hired them. They charge $79 for quarterly spraying. Their price is very competitive. I would use them again in the future too.

They do a perfectly adequate job. They come once a month to spray outside unless I ask them to come inside. They seem to do a good inspection and they always note any pests that they see around the house. I've used them for years and I don't know about their pricing. They always call ahead and show up when they say they will. They always leave a detailed description of what they did.

I've used this service for a few years now after switching from Terminix. This has been a positive change working with Home Team. They're much more responsive and will return if you still have problems after their quarterly application. Also they will do the interior if you request for the same rate.

They come out every quarter for the service. They have been coming out for 5-6 years now. They recently increased their cost to $83 from $76 in the past. If they see a certain type of pest or insect, then they treat for that particular insect or pest. Since I have been using them for so long, I don’t always look for what they have done. They always call ahead of time to ask if I need anything done inside and they will do that. Part of the service call entails me to call them in between service calls if I see anything. They will come out and check for it and take care of it. I will use this company again in the future.

Since we've been using them, it has been pretty good. They call us beforehand to let us know when they are coming. It's worked out well and there are no pests in the house. The price is fair. They always show up when they say they are going to and you don't have to be home because they will leave a note on the door to let you know they came and what they sprayed for.

They do the outside of my home. If I am home they come out and explain what they are going to do before they do anything. They get the job done quickly. If I am not home they do the service and leave me an invoice. They are not intrusive and they never use chemicals that hurt my animals. The best thing that they do is that they always knock down the spider webs from outside. I like how convenient it is to use them.

It seems ok so far. This is our first house and have never experienced bugs before. The service seems pretty good but it is hard to tell.

I have Hometeam Pest Defense spray for common bugs, but mostly spiders. I am pretty happy with the job that they do. They are very professional and they are pretty prompt with their service.

I had originally inherited this company when I moved into my home. The previous owner told me what a great job they did. She was right, they arrive on time, leave a note if you are not there and are always reachable by phone if there is a problem.

Good bimonthly service. They have eliminated all insects throughout the house and in the crawl space.

THEY DID A HIGH QUALITY JOB AND THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL THE ENTIRE TIME WITH THE PEST CONTROL. THE WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY, HONEST, AND REALLY SEEMED TO HAVE A GOOD IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING.
