After 14 years we needed a new mattress. So we went to Home Comfort who answered our many questions professionally and with great knowledge of the many different brands and options. The second day I returned with my wife. We both found the right mattress, a Stearns and Foster, and an adjustable frame that surprisingly relieved all the pain in my lower back as soon as we raised the back with the remote control. I checked prices online and at other stores and found Home Comfort not only had the best prices but free next day delivery and a 10% promotional discount. We could not be more satisfied with not only their products but the exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure sales and service staff. After using it for the last two months, it is the best we ever had. Definitely recommend buying there.

After shopping at several furniture stores on Glenwood Avenue and even making a trip to Furnitureland South searching for a sectional to fit our space and budget, we came back to Home Comfort in Cary to purchase. They had a sectional we liked and the price was very reasonable. We have purchased furniture and mattresses from Home Comfort in the past and have always felt their items are good quality and reasonably priced. Amelia was the sales associate and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped us decide on the configuration and color to match our decor and was very patient as we looked through upholstery samples to choose a coordinating design for the ottoman. The whole process was painless and pleasant, not pushy. The sectional was delivered on time and the delivery men were pleasant and quick. We loved the new sectional until about two weeks into owning it we started to find snags in the fabric of the cushions. At first we thought it was an isolated thing, but it continued to happen even though there were no pets or kids that might cause the damage. I contacted the manager at Home Comfort to request that we be given a replacement and I was expecting to get the run around. I was pleasantly surprised at how polite and professional they were at handling the issue! Amelia helped us pick out a different fabric and a new sectional was ordered as a replacement at no charge. They even let us keep the old one while we waited for the new one to come in. Knowing how furniture sales can be, I was amazed at how accommodating they were. They truly stand behind the quality of their products and were willing to correct the issue without hesitation. We love the new sectional and the new fabric is fantastic. Home Comfort will be the first stop on the list when it's time to buy again! Thank you, Amelia!
