We purchased a couch and loveseat from this store and we were very happy with the transaction and the prompt delivery. The furniture we purchased was on sale and so far, we have been very happy with the set.

We purchased a Temperpedic mattress and sofa set from the Cary location (which I don't see an individual listing for). Sales lady was wonderful! No pressure to buy at all, she let us wander for a little bit (which we wanted) and came to check on us after a bit. By that time we had some questions and once again no pressure, just good useable information. We were not ready for delivery at that time (repairs being made to new house) but once we were there was no problem getting delivery just when we wanted it. Delivery men were prompt, curtious and *super fast*. Had it in my home and set up in about 20 minutes start to finish. Showed up on time and gave a courtesy call when they were on the way. I am looking forward to the delivery of our sofa and chair once our floors are finished!

I was happy with them. The only problem I had was that some of the furniture was damaged and they had to replace it and then one thing never came in.

Needed bedroom suite and we shopped around for several months. We ended up back at this store because the show room was laid out well and the sales reps were professional, not pushy. We told them what we were looking for and they pointed us in the right direction instead of telling us about something we did not want. At final purchase, the paperwork was quick and easy. Several items were back ordered but they had an accurate arrival date and were able to deliver all items at the same time, very close to the purchase date. The quality of the furniture we purchased is good for the price we paid. The delivery team were professional and careful with the furniture and our walls, but their installation quality could have been a little better. Overall, it has been a good experience.

Pretty good for decent furniture. We have pets and we know that our furniture isn't going to last forever, so the furniture at the Home Comfort Clearance Outlet Center is a great compromise; they have modern, hip styles and colors for a very decent price. Pretty sure the sales are commissioned, but the sales people aren't big on the pressure tactics, at least in our experience. The deliveries have been smooth, quick and on time.

Salesperson very courteous and knowledgeable about the set I wanted. The furniture was delivered in four days. Delivery was on time and they were very careful with furniture and set it up quickly and correctly.
