We are a one stop shop for all your home warranty needs. Our upbeat and friendly support team is always at your fingertips to respond to questions about your warranty 365 days a year! Emergency claims will be addressed within 24 hours from time claim is submitted and non-emergency claims will be addressed within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm. During nights and weekends non-emergency claims will not receive a call back until the next business day. Our service call deductibles range from $65 - $75.

Description of Work: So far so good! I put a home warranty on my rental property in Virginia for about half the cost of a property manager. So far I've used the warranty to replace a dryer, fix a gas problem, and repair some plumbing. $50 deductible for each visit but it's well worth it considering what you save on the repair costs. The work with local vendors to get someone out fast.

Description of Work: (Please note the cost is of our Platinum Warranty) We had a heating problem on Sunday. We called Keith and he helped us solve the problem ASAP. When his tech could not come out, he allowed us to use another company. We paid the deductible and High Tech promptly repaid us the remaining balance ($37.70). We are happy with our first experience using this warranty company.

The last time we spoke, you informed me that you did not use the internet.I informed you that when you received the information to give me a call back, and we can go over everything together that would be in your plan! After our conversation I sent a email to customer service requesting a quote to be made for you for our Platinum Plan along with the Terms and Conditions. I must admit that the mail process is not as fast as going online and getting a quote. I am the gentleman that you spoke with.about your request. Thank you for your concern but we were waiting on your call once you received our information.
