Description of Work: I'm in the middle of remodeling a recently purchased home. I picked up a foreclosure for cheap, but apparently their kids went nuts frequently as there were a handful of ruckus holes in the living room and the smaller bedroom. The owner showed me what all he would have to do to patch, tape, sand, and have the walls ready for paint all in the course of a single weekend. I'm pleased to have contracted a business to work weekends when most others only work Monday through Friday.
