Their technicians were more than adequate. The unresolved issue is regarding completion of 1year contract and cancellation of contract. After cancellation was done the company billed for the 13th month even after cancellation and without service being provided. All calls go to Ogden Utah to people who insist no one in company is authorised to waive fees and that their supervisor does not accept calls. I feel sorry for local field workers to lose business but that is their model

Would not recommend doing business with this company. We were moving before our contract expired and I was told I had to sign an additional 24 month contract in order to move service. Not what I was told by the sales person at the start. I may have agreed to the 24 months if I thought the mosquito treatment actually worked well, but it didn’t. On hold and transferred around for 45 minutes and rude customer service. Save your money.

BEWARE: DO NOT USE HAWX FOR SERVICES!!! Please do not use this company if you want success in treating your home. I am an honest person, and this review is not for my unhappiness or anger alone. This company dropped the ball several times and now we have a termite infestation that has been at our house for several years affecting not only our crawlspace but the first and second floors. We hired them in June of 2020, 6 months after we moved into our home, for wasps and roaches. The previous owner did not plug holes in the garage and they were coming into the house. We also had swarms of wasps up in our eaves. The first thing they failed to do was a FULL inspection of our house. They only walked around the house and did not even look at our crawl space or go up into our attic where the wasps were. The guy even told us he did not have a ladder to spray the eaves directly, so he was going to spray from the ground. The sprayer was about 2 feet long, not even long enough to reach our second floor. Not professional at all. At our second appointment in July (we called them back as the first service did not treat the problem) we were told we had termites in our mulch all around our house. The rep stated we should remove our mulch to get rid of the problem and he would spray his normal treatment to get rid of them. Not knowing the severity, being first-time homeowners, we did just that and didn't question it. Not once did he recommend upgrading service, checking our crawlspace for damage, etc. If we had known how severe, we would have purchased an upgrade and had the problem addressed immediately. We eventually ended up canceling as we had to call Hawx out in between our bi-monthly treatments, but also kept asking for new reps as we had many who were not providing adequate service. Fast forward to March of 2023, and we now have a termite nest coming through our walls. We had a new pest control company come out and inspect, and WOW. The difference in customer service alone was night and day. The new company inspected EVERY inch of our home, inside and out, the crawlspace, attic, and garage. They told us our termite problem (now extending to the second floor) had been here since prior to moving in which is over 4 years!!! We reached out just last week to Hawx with our concerns via email, and they did not respond after 5 days. I wrote them back, and finally, they responded saying they couldn't talk to me because my husband's name was on the account. After getting his approval to speak to me, they then told me that my plan did not include termite treatment. I was furious! Obviously, it did not, because we had no idea we had termites. Once responding back about how I knew we didn't have it in our plan, but they are the experts in pest control and didn't even offer this to us, they stopped responding again. I still have yet to hear back from them and it has been 4 days. Not only did this company drop the ball several times, but their customer service is also a joke as well. The reps do not notate anything on their reports and do not provide full inspections. I've heard from many people that they've heard terrible things about them, so do not believe these reviews. This company is now costing us many thousands of dollars, and a full repair of half of our house due to their negligence. We can't even feel comfortable in our homes and are devastated at how a "professional" company is okay with their service to honest homeowners. Like I said, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO CARE & TREAT YOUR HOME.

We used this service for a year beginning in July 2021 because we were experiencing an ant problem. This had never been an issue in the 2 years previous after we moved in. Even after the first service, we never saw any improved results, in fact, our ant problem actually become worse and we found that bait traps worked more effectively and only took a matter of 3 days to take care of the ants. For a full year and with quarterly services, there was no improvement. I emailed to cancel our service on September 13th, 2022 and was told I had to call in to cancel. Prior to our next service, scheduled for October 22nd, I recieved a charge to my account on October 13th, 2022 of 44.99/mo. I called that very day and asked to cancel. I was put on hold for 25 minutes and once I spoke with the rep, I was told I can cancel but they would not refund me for the charge even though I had not been serviced yet. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused, being told I had reached the highest tear and that I could not speak to a manager or the owner because they don't take calls. I feel it's ridiculous I'm being charged for a service I do not want when the service has not even taken place when previous services were not effective.

Didn't even request a quote from this company and they have called me 7 times and text 3 times in less than 2 hours. I responded to the text that I was busy and requested a call for tomorrow, no response from them and they continued the calls without voicemails. Ridiculous. I won't even consider their services at this point.

The overall service was great with them as was their communication.

I requested a quote from this company for pest control services. Instead of that, they put me on a monthly billing plan without my consent. I was only aware when I started receiving bills! Unscrupulous. When I called they did apologize and cancel the fees... but I mean... ridiculous in the first place.
