He answered the phone unexpectedly immediately when I clicked "Get Quote" in the evening, and we scheduled a convenient appointment. I texted him the agreed-upon appointment information - date, address, desired work (marking property boundaries). After that initial call and text, I never heard back or had any of my calls or texts answered, but I had seen similar comments in the reviews so I wasn't extremely concerned. They showed up exactly on the date just as we agreed upon. We talked with them a bit and they said they might have to return in the morning so they could put the numbers into their CAD system. They left having marked only one pin. But then they didn't return the next day, and again, no communication. As I hadn't yet paid, again I wasn't extremely concerned, just wanted the work done. They returned 2 weeks later, but again didn't finish and left. They did return the next week and completed the job. Apparently they had to survey neighboring properties in order to triangulate our property boundaries as some pins were difficult to find. So, we are happy to have had the work completed well. They were able to get the work scheduled, whereas I hadn't able to get another surveyor scheduled before I got in touch with Harold Todd Smith as all seem booked, so I appreciated that. Their interim communication was nonexistent, but the work was well done and they were very nice.

Todd came out and complete site survey exactly when scheduled, very professional, I highly recommend him.

Harold and Matt were Professional, Personable, and did the Job I needed them to do for a Fair Price , and As a Extra Bonus ( That They did not Have time for) Educated My Grand children, Daughter, Wife and Myself on the Equipment that Typical Land Surveyor use, It was Very Interesting! Mr. Smith, did an excellent job on the information we received. He even caught a mistake an attorney did not find. It worked in the best interest of our buyers. I feel is response time on the status of the work, needs improvement. This is why I rated lower on customer service. I would use him again.

Mr. Smith offered the best deal and the least amount of wait time to get my project done.

Did not do work described for price quoted, then said he explained it incorrectly. Cost me 500 for him to locate my pins and give me copies of publicly available drawings...not at all what we agreed on.

The gentleman that came out to survey our home was awesome! Kind, respectful and courtesy! I really appreciate how they provided answers to all of my questions. ð ð ð Thank you so much so much!!!

It was easy to contact this surveyor in the beginning but he did not come on the day he set the appointment for. He did not call to inform me that he would not be there for the scheduled appointment. I called and left several messages, he didnt answer nor did he return my calls. His crew showed up unannounced 6 days later. No explanation as to why they were late or why they did not return my calls. I was originally told that I would get the final plans 2 days after they completed the survey however it has been almost 2 weeks and I still do not have the plans nor are they answering my calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have received quotes from the fencing company and this company may not honor their quote because I need the survey in order to get the additional projects completed. Cant move forward without the survey.

Took my money but I did not get a survey. They came out and surveyed my property and put up the flags but did not provide the copy of the survey I needed for my real estate closing. I called and texted every day begging for the document but never got a return call or the survey. I had to hire and pay for an emergency second company to come and do the job right. Do not hire them!

Surveyor decided not to show up. No courtesy call to tell me he was not coming, and no further contact after I sent him an acceptance email response to his proposal. Total lack of professionalism and courtesy.

Todd is impossible to contact aside from setting up the appointment. No updates on appointment times, no dates for when the survey could be expected to be received. The survey was missing a piece of information the county wanted before accepting it (and as such the county demanded a form signed in lieu of this). After submitting the form for signature Todd then went radio silent (no call, text, or email responses) for weeks, upon which a call from another phone number resulted in him answering (implying he was just ignoring the one prior business was conducted on). To this day the form was never signed, and we had to work with the county to get an exception in this case to finalize our project. I fairly gave him stars for the value, and the quality (of the parts of the survey received), but the overall stars would be a 0 if that were possible.
