Handy, through the Handy platform, offers technology and information to book home services, but does not itself provide these services. The provision of services is the responsibility of independent professionals scheduled through the Handy platform. Tasks booked and paid for directly through the Handy platform are performed by background checked professionals*, and are backed by the Handy Happiness Guarantee**. Checkr's search includes national, state, and county databases stretching back at least 7 years, and longer in certain jurisdictions. She Failed. She never showed up. I specifically set up that day and time so she could clean while the house was empty. The guys moving in waited for her but they had to leave so here I am with boxes all around and a not so clean house!

It was an excellent service. It did take much longer than anticipated as it was booked for a (3) hour time block but it took over 5 and a half. They did a great job. They brought a child to the job and I feel it maybe could have been done faster had they not.

They canceled less than an hour prior. Then rescheduled without talking to me about it. I told them the time didn’t work. They sent someone anyway. They sent the wrong person. They interrupted a business meeting. They were unwilling to schedule with me to send the right person for the next day or the following day. They didn’t offer compensation for my time and effort.
