HAMMERHEAD POOL SERVICES INC

Regrettably - there are very few providers of residential pool service and we are at their mercy for anything we can't fix ourselves. If anyone out there reads this and can make a recommendation to firm other than Sunrise or Hammerhead i would be very appreciative.

Gave information on how he would preform a pool inspection and everything he would look for.

They were very professional.

I had a hard time finding a pool company to come out and do an inspection during this busy season. The Hammerhead folks fit me in between maintenance and pool opening appointments. The service person arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and courteous, tested all pool equipment, showed me how everything operated, searched around what was an unfamiliar property to both of us to locate all switches, shutoffs and the backwash drain line. He also gave me good advice and recommendations for upgrades and ongoing maintenance. When the bill arrived this week, it was exactly for the amount quoted in the estimate, even though I think, with travel, the service person spent additional time at the property. I would definitely use Hammerhead again, for ongoing maintenance or pool service.

Tried to get them out for an estimate. They didn't call back.

Excellent. Rising Sun pools had completely screwed up the job, cracked the pipe and not put it back together correctly. Called Hammerhead, they got right out there (Mark Rutledge is a great guy), found the issue, showed me how Rising Sun broke it, and then he ran around and got parts and fixed it all in a matter of hours. From now on, I'll use Hammerhead, even if my work is warranty work under Rising Sun. It's not worth the headaches to use Rising Sun for service work. Plus, Hammerhead even did tests on my water to let me know if I needed to add any chemicals. Best service yet.
